I bought McFeelies screws back before the shake up. THEN, they were great. I tried them again and am pissed.

I bought a few hundred to use on a deck upper rail install. I went with square drive because the thousands of other square drives I bought [from McFeeleys years ago] and elsewhere served me well. They made Philips heads look like a joke.

This batch of several hundred I just got barely stay on the driver for single handed starts. AND many of them spin out.

If I would have settled for this kind of performance, I'd have stayed with Philips.

A wide range of products are available at a reasonable price.

If you want customer service and support think twice about Mcfeelys! They ship USPS and after several requests for help on a lost shipment, they FINALLY responded saying they showed it delivered. Never received it! Course USPS is just about as helpful as Mcfeelys!!!! Contacted Mcfeelys again and the same response, We show it delivered!! I deal with all types businesses - Online Metals, Amazon, McMaster-Carr, and more. These companies actually respond to clients quickly unlike Mcfeelys, they actually help solve the issue unlike Mcfeelys, and in the case of a lost shipment, REPLACE the shipment without question and ask if there is anything else they can do for us, UNLIKE MCFEELYS!! Now keep in mind I had used Mcfeelys for the better part of 16 to, well years!!! I am a one man shop, so companies like Mcfeelys that won't support small businesses, just aren't needed. Who can,afford to waste money on lost shipments and lose clients from vendors not responding!!? I'll go back to using Phillips drive screws! Pardon the pun, SCREW MCFEELYS AND THEIR SLOW WEBSITE TO BOOT!!

Prices and selection on screws is good. Website's broken in multiple ways:

Search is slow AF.

Checkout click sequence unclear if using Paypal. Then order placed on return from PayPal without any order review.

Order info incorrect: ship-to and bill-to addresses reversed!!! I made sure, site error, 100%. No chance to edit order after placed.

I made a mistake ordering from McFeely's, would rather pay more elsewhere next time. I don't like giving my money to amateurs where I have to babysit my orders until they arrive.

always had great luck with the product and orders have alwasy come promptly.

Will order from them again fir my next project

For technical questions about fasteners, this is my go-to company.

Product was as stated. Correct count and delivered timely and intact.

My online order was very easy to place, and arrived faster than expected. my only reason for only four stars is that the screws were not available in the bronze finish I wanted, and I had to settle for black oxide.

McFeelys only place that I can get the screws and they are Great
