I ordered a cup of Broccoli Cheddar Soup to eat at home. It takes me 35 minutes each way. I heated my soup to eat it. The soup was weak, watery, and nasty. It tasted like they took one cup of soup and made three times that amount. Cleveland, MS

I got a 1/2 sandwich and soup. The sandwich was a half of a croissant. So tiny they could not put a whole tomato slice. It was cut in half. 3 pieces of lettuce the size of parsley leaves. And maybe 1/2 tablespoon of chicken salad. Lunch and drink was over $16. Will go to Chik fil a next time for less money.

Food and service excellent today. The topper was the “Mardi Gras” cookie…I hope that remains on the menu for awhile.

I want to share my recent experience with McAlister’s Deli’s rewards program, which has been pretty disappointing. I had accumulated almost 2,000 points over time, mostly because I only visit occasionally when I’m really craving their chicken tortilla soup. When I finally checked the app to redeem my points, I found out they’d all been wiped out because I hadn’t used them in the past year.

In today’s economy, with food prices rising, a lot of people save their reward points for times when money gets tight—like during the holidays when they’re juggling bills, gifts, and gas. Unlike other places that let you hold on to your points, McAlister’s just erases them if you don’t visit often enough, which really defeats the purpose of a loyalty program for occasional customers.

Overall, it’s been a negative experience, and I think other customers should know that McAlister’s points won’t be there when you need them most. I can’t recommend their rewards program under these conditions.

Ordered on app with the National Sandwich Day offer of buy one get one 50% off of your favorite sandwich. No caveats regarding the order. Picked up and was charged full price for both sandwiches. Questioned the server and was told it didn't apply to "deluxe" sandwiches and one of ours was in that category. Double checked the offer-it said nothing about there being exclusions.

How to pick up order for 6:47 upon entering the store and asking about the order. I was told 5 minutes 5 minutes go by 10 minutes go by I asked about my order and was told 5 minutes I finally got the order at 7:05. Every time I go there in the evening the orders are never ready. When you rely on deliveries for a living you expect to have the order ready or at least close to being ready they outright lied to me I would never come in there in the evening time during the day the staff is great The pickups are great no problem every single time I go there in the evening time there's a 10 to 20 minute wait I will never pick up from there again in the evening time ever.

I would like to personally thank Brenda at the Crestview, Fl location for fixing my order. She very nice and polite and made sure that my order was correct this time. She was so kind she even threw in a cookie!😊

Placed a take out order at the River Oaks Mcalister in Flowood, MS. Once at home found part of order was not in the bag (2 potato salads and pickle spears.

Call the store and the spoke to manager and she wanted to place blame on everything, but her employees. She said she was short handed. That sounds to me like management problem.
They wanted me to drive back to store to pick up the rest of my order. I told her I would not.

I pain &38 on the order so they made money off of me. I will never step foot in that Mcalister or probably any other one. I will take my business to Newks, at lease I will be treated fairly.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at the McAlister's Deli on Highway 96 in Bonaire. My husband ordered a salad, only to come home and find it was old and missing the meat entirely. When he returned to the restaurant to address the issue — with the untouched salads in hand — they refused to replace them or make it right. It’s outrageous to serve food that appears to have been sitting out or possibly even returned by another customer. This kind of service and disregard for food quality is completely unprofessional. We won’t be coming back, and I strongly urge others to think twice before ordering from this location.

There are truly no words to express how disturbed I was by what I just witnessed at McAlister’s. A customer returned what appeared to be an incorrect food order to the manager, who then handed it to the food prep staff and asked, “How does it look?” — seemingly considering whether to serve it to the customer it was originally intended for.
What’s worse, the food prep employees handled the returned food and then continued preparing other orders without washing their hands or leaving the area. This is a clear violation of basic food safety standards.
Based on this experience, I can no longer consider this location a safe or trustworthy place to eat.

Placed an order at 6:04 pm. Received message that it would arrive at 6:58 pm. Received another message, my order will arrive at 7:04, then another message, my order will arrive at 7:12 pm, then I received 3 more messages with the last one stating my order will arrive at 7:45 pm. Right after that message, I get a message that my order was cancelled @ 7:29 pm This is so unacceptable on every level. I called McAlisters to make sure my card was credited and to understand why this happened. I spoke with a female manager, she said her name so fast I didn't catch it. I told her what happened and she had the audacity to tell me that I didn't use their app, I used door dash, and my order was cancelled. I told her that I DID NOT use doordash, that I used McAlisters website to place my order. I told her I was looking at my order on my computer and the order was definitely placed on McAlisters website. She said she will go look on their computer and get back with me. She came back and said it was a glitch in their system. I don't know why I was being punished for their problem. She offered a free entree or she would refund my card. I told her blaming the customer for their error is a horrible way to treat customers. And, refund my card for the $16.64 Apparently, someone there called door dash to deliver my order. I spend a good amount of money at McAlisters to be treated like I don't matter. Well, not anymore...I'm done.

The chili was horrible!
The club sandwich was mediocre.
Workers standing around with nothing to do took 13 minutes to make a sandwich.

This place sucks they have male employees threatening to pull their pants down in front of and too female employees

We went to the deli in Rome Ga. Every table had food trash, no booths or table were available to sit down. After 10 minutes I went to the counter to ask for someone to clean a table. Mind you the woman wasn't waiting on other customers. The condiment counter was filthy, no napkins etc. My sister went to the restroom to get a damp paper towel to wipe the table because the woman who left water on the booths. Another employee came out of the stall and didn't wash her hands. Needless to say we left without eating there. What a disgusting place 😒

Got sick of the sallad and the guy who served us was not so nice

Someone should explain to McAllisters what a deli actually is. I could buy a pig, raise a pig, butcher a pig, fry up the bacon and create a BLT in half the time it takes them to make it. A two hour lunch break and still got back to work late. And not they were not slammed. They were not very busy for lunchtime on a Friday. And no I wasn’t far away. There were 12 people waiting for carry out orders and all the people at tables were complaining. Looked like they had one cashier/food runner and one person in the kitchen.

went to mcalister’s at 8955 s memorial on july 17. picked up a tea which was amazing. Had a great experience with cashier Melissa she went above and beyond explaining the flavors and the new mango tea. We will definitely be back.

I just visited the Mc Alisters 0ff of 1604 near Culebra. The food was delicious . The manager and drive through persons were polite and helpful.
The PEACH MANGO drink is the BOMB! For all you peach drinkers, McAlister’s is the best. This drink should be on the menu every day of the year!!!

Went here Monday night between 8-10pm for a pick up order for a customer for doordash and the Manager that was on shift name is Heather was very rude . Throwing people food down in the kitchen Window and tell someone there not aloud there when all they were doing was standing there with me and got told to leave . Your not welcoming here and some other stuff that you had no business saying .when all he was doing was standing there waiting with me on a doordash order in the lobby., that by now is blocked and probably no longer get orders from there because of Heather .

I wouldn't want to order from here now due to that Experience. Thx

The French dip we ordered was flatter than a pancake & very fatty as well as gritty. We bought it “to go.” I usually love the McAlisters we frequent in FL but this was so awful I think we are done going there. I would rate it zero but of course that is not an option.
