Worst app. No customer support at all. Unable to get MBWay receipt to make refund from Vodafone.

*UPD*: SIBS are hiding behind MBWay (maybe to avoid responsibility), so be aware that they will not cooperate if something went wrong (like money transfer via broken terminal). Your bank will see success, SIBS/MBWay will ASSUME it as success even if transaction is failed. SIBS responses are generic/automated. Terrible service. Doesn't deserve even 1 star.

A minha opinião é sobre o MBWAY Up ha anos que tento e tento e tento raspar e nao consigo, tive 3 anos para conseguir 2€ que nao dão para usufruir pois só podes levantar apartir de 10€, agora gozam com as pessoas com ofertas de 1 cafe grátis em Lisboa (sou de Coimbra), um 1€ de desconto no flexibus (nao ando de autocarro)! Parem de gozar com as pessoas… Sinceramente ja tentei anos demais e nao me levou a lado nenhum, nao recomendo o MBWay Up, nao passa de pura ilusão.

Bom serviço, eficiente. Atendimento simpático e competente.

They fix nothing and just repeatedly blame third-parties or the device. Cannot use their virtual cards on win2day.at since April 2023 (!). They keep ignoring evidence/facts and blaming the seller (who insists it's a card issue) and the bank (who claims it's an MB WAY issue) despite other cards working with this seller and the bank physical card associated with their virtual card working. They suggested testing this and, when confronted with the results, ignored them and continued blaming the seller (!). Otherwise good. Useful (when it works), free, and unlimited.

Update (04/11/2026): Advertised 2% cashback on Glovo, cashed back 0% and refused the existence of such a promotion (!).
