I was happy with the delivery time and tiles are great but customer service not great a few broken tiles out of 25 boxes sent email on 2nd October and still not had a reply now the 14th. Tiles are really dirty and covered in dust but easy fixed as given them a good wash. Not put down yet hopefully can use broken tiles as cuts.
Excellent service from MBS Tiles. Abid answered all my queries promptly and was very helpful throughout the process. My first order qualified for free shipping, and when I later decided to add a couple more tiles from a different range, Abid kindly arranged to process everything together so I didn’t have to pay any additional delivery charges. The order arrived within just 2 working days. Very efficient service and great customer support — highly recommended.
I’ve had a media wall done by MBS. Brilliant service from start to finish. Highly recommend.
I recommend! Beautiful bathroom quick and effective. Very nice experience with MBS interior
