VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.
The company made a major mistake with the pickup location (about 2h30 away) and only informed us at the scheduled time, causing us to miss our train (1st class tickets worth around €2,000).
I am sending below the ticket for the last-minute service we had to book, in an attempt to catch the train, which unfortunately we were unable to reach on time.
They promised a refund for the service, gave multiple dates, then stopped responding and never reimbursed us.
They required us to issue an invoice in the company’s name in order to proceed with the refund, which we promptly prepared and sent.
In total, we lost around €3,000, as we had to buy new train tickets for the next day and book a hotel for the whole family.
A clear lack of responsibility and professionalism.
