If at first you don’t succeed try to reach Kate
At first the representative (Caitlyn) told me there wasn’t anything they could do for me but me being the person that I am I wasn’t satisfied so I looked for a solution and when I couldn’t find one I decided to come back to ask for help and this time the second representative (Kate) immediately jumped in to help me out with an exemption. She was very kind and not so dismissive as her counterpart.

Where your gameplay feels fair!
There are lots of online casinos to choose from, but if you’ve looked into them at all, you’ll know that not all of them are legit. I screen record everything i play on mbit and i can assure you they are not quality games, they don't pay out, bonus is a joke. I have a lot of time and money into this and its all recorded. I can without a doubt say they have very low odds of winning and that's any given day. I hope to find a better and actually legit online experience. As a Level 6 VIP player, I approached mBitCasino with the expectation of premium service, fairness, and consistent rewards. Instead, my experience exposed a deeply flawed and misleading bonus system that appears arbitrary, opaque, and ultimately unethical.
Over a recent span, I deposited over $987 USD and submitted on-demand VIP bonus requests after every deposit — sometimes up to 15 times per day. All were denied, except for three instances where bonuses were issued — but only after I had significantly escalated my deposits. The amounts before each successful bonus nearly doubled in value: from ~$239 to ~$606 to ~$887. Despite this, mBit provided no explanation of changing thresholds or consistent criteria.
Their support team claims bonuses are controlled by a “system” that tracks account activity, yet simple testing revealed that bonus approval depended more on which support agent responded than on any system logic. I was routinely told no spins were available, only to receive approval moments later after restarting a chat with a different agent. This “bot” they describe as mimicking a live agent appears to be nothing more than a scripted front for manual discretion with zero accountability.
Even more troubling, I found that expressing frustration in chat correlated with future denials, yet I was never warned, flagged, or moderated. This suggests agents may be directly manipulating outcomes — potentially targeting players based on tone or persistence.
mBitCasino touts loyalty and automation, but in practice they hide behind “perfect discretion” to selectively reward or punish players without transparency. For a brand that claims to value VIPs, this treatment feels like psychological manipulation, not appreciation.
I’ve submitted a formal complaint to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board and urge other high-tier players to monitor their experiences closely. Loyalty should be respected — not used against you.
