What a service
What a service! Reading to Kyoto in 6 days. We had a selection of christmas presents and essentials for expats including Marmite. Giacomo packed and liased the shipping with us and we were able to track its progress. A delighted daughter reported a safe arrival with no damage. Well done Giacomo.

Paid for insurance but you never want to have to use it.
Level of communication was good but I didn't receive the item until nearly 3 weeks after the auction date having paid invoices speedily.

Yet again the service I've received from MBE at 105 London Street, Reading has been outstanding. Their packaging and methods they used to protect my valuable purchase from a local auction house has again been most amazing and successful. Thank you. Moreover, their costs are reasonable and attention to detail first class.
A special "BIG" thank you has to go to Tessa & all at the Reading office, for their attention to detail and conscientious efforts that has made this transaction and delivery a brilliant success, thank you.

Very good service and excellent quality
I really liked how I could upload what I needed online and then pick it up the next day in the store, it was stress-free and efficient. When I compared my printed colour poster to other poster where I was presenting, it had a better quality paper and more vibrant colours than the other posters, which I am very pleased about.

Lovely people, great service, excellent value for money
cannot recommend highly enough. The Reading branch (town) were so helpful.
I had an urgent request for an A1 print for GCSE project. They really went above and beyond.
I couldn't convert to PDF at that size - they sorted it
I needed big size but didn't know which format/paper/finish - they advised so we could make an informed choice
I was ultra urgent - same day, within 2 hours. They called me 15 mins later and said 'ready to pick up'
