Excellent customer service. Answered all questions and more. Would recommend

Mazuma USA has been very helpful with getting my small business off the ground. I'm very happy with my choice to use them.

Mazuma USA has been so helpful with getting my small business up and running. I could not have asked for a more professional agency to assist and educate me on what I need to do to be successful with my business.

I started using Mazuma USA when I first opened my DBA in 2021. I really appreciated the immediate customer service that they provide and all the other resources that they have available to new business owners.

If you are ever thinking about starting a business the costumer service here is great with answers and going over anything that you need help you..

Worst taxes services ever!! They never respond! My books were always behind, managers never available!! Horrible services to manage your business !! Never again!!

Working with Mazuma USA is easy and saves me a lot of time. Their customer service is always on point and communicative and I'm happy with the advice that they have given me on my business taxes.

Not very user friendly. Expensive rates.

I recommend mazuma to all small business owner that don't know anything about taxes and more. The custom service is great.

A great help to my small business especially during tax season.

This is a wonderful tool for me being a new business owner. looking forward to doing business daily.

Efficient services with a family oriented approach to customer service. They get the job done!

They used to be great but as of late they are slow to answer my emails and will not get back to me about my taxes. The due date is in 4 days. I'm very frustrated!

This was my first year with Mazuma USA. The first quarter of the year is always very stressful but this year it was like a breeze. Everyone is so professional and quick to respond. From book keeping to submitting taxes was very stress free. A big Thanks to Mazuma team.

I love using Mazuma for my business. It’s so easy I forget I have it sometimes. It’s like set it and forget it.

The service is amazing and for a small business like mine, it was the right bookkeeping company to choose.

My boss filed his LLC with Incfile.com, and included in the price was a free consultation from a tax consultant. The tax consultant called as scheduled, they identified themselves from Mazuma USA, they did not give any advice on taxes or any tips, this was a sales call and they wanted us to pay with a credit card right then, and if we did not pay we were going to miss out on a free month and a supposed $90 per month fee instead of $120. When we told them that first want to check out the company and did not want to make a decision at the time they were not pleased and said goodbye. At the beginning they did say that the call was being recorded for quality assurance therefore the sales call should be on file. My boss did not appreciate that incfile would give his information to pushy sales people of that kind and to be misled that this would be a business tax informative call when it turned out it was the complete opposite. Incfile should be aware of who they have associated themselves to with.

Very helpful. Easy to schedule a discussion appointment. Knowledgeable staff.

I've been a client of Mazuma for many years. As a small business owner, their services more than paid for itself. The tax planning and advice I received over the years was outstanding. One of the biggest expenses in life turns out to be taxes and with proper tax planning and advice, I saved thousands of dollars every year, based on the expert tax specialists there. Mazuma is one of the few no brainers in life.

Bad Actors. If you could, run away. They try to set you up with these kinds of companies after you register your brand new company. Don't fall for it. They aggressively tried to swindle me the very first phone conversation, and when i prodded further, and asked them more information, they had said that they would call back but never did. Instead they ran away like chickens to scam the next person.
