Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Stay away from this company complete scammers. Ordered trainers 27 days ago, still not here and no response to emails.

ordered on 13th Oct.they took my money same day. No communication so opened a fraud issue with my bank to get the website closed down.Informed them what i had done by email and now they say order dispatched. We'll see!!!!! Now they have the brass neckto email me with offers and discounts! Bunch of low life scammers! KEEP CLEAR.

Scam never reply and clothes are awful

Beware. Ordered a pair of trainers from this site as top google search.
No communication, phone live dead. After delivery date passed got charge back through bank.
Today a parcel arrived, trainers not in a box, in plastic bag, no paperwork, not the colour ordered, , they look fake, as poor soles, laces wrong and poor quality. No return address on packing
Emailed and messaged them, cannot ring as phone line is dead. Let’s see if they reply do can send back. Beware of this business

SCAM scam scam. Do not buy. No delivery or reply to communication. Fortunately my bank reimbursed me. They had the cheek to email me with a discount on any future purchases. Keep well away from this scam company.

What a useless company. 2 weeks from order no communication. Emailed advised cancel order. 3 days later have a email order despatched. 3 weeks, bunch of Idiots. Credit Card has refunded me as they could not get a response. GIVE THEM A WIDE BERTH

I bought a pair of shoes that were never delivered, its a scam dont trust them

It is a scam. I bought a pair of shoes that wasn't even dispatched. We can't contact with the phone that they gave on their website because the phone doesn't attend. I tried to contact with email and there was no response. It is really a fraud. Don't buy anything with this company. They will just take your money.

I have now contacted the fraud department with my bank.

We placed an order 9th October.
I have sent an email and a contact form online with no response.

The telephone number on the website doesn’t even go through.

Made 2 orders, should have known better, oncloud trainers for £72.95.. Noticed since ordering a few more companies all using same image of the trainer different companies.. Looked legitimate as was in sponsored section of Google and Maysie London is a online company with London in the title though they aren't based in UK.. But The Netherlands. Scammers have used the name to make it believable.. So hard to know what's real and what's not nowadays.. Can't open a dispute until 14days with my bank.. Gives the scammer plenty of time to take the money.( Update) a jacket arrived on 2rd Nov but it's nothing like the one I expected.. The pockets are pictures not real. Cheap nasty trick the scum. I go out to work to be able to buy nice things these scum sit at home scamming people like me.. No trainers came. Bank investigating. Thankfully I paid with credit card.

Placed order 2 weeks ago. Still says preparing order. No response from them. Now I need raise a credit card chargeback

Absolutely horrendous experience so far, my order has been duplicated so two payments have gone out, I’ve sent about 20emails and not one has been answered. I’ve tryed to ring but can’t get connected
Let’s see what even turns up if anything.
Ridiculously frustrating and appalling for a company to not respond.

They seem like a scam. Delivered the wrong product and then failed to answer multiple emails and telephone calls. Don't trust them. Very disappointed
