Complete scam artists. Bought an egg chair for £39 after seeing a TikTok advert (conveniently, comments were turned off).

Website said same day dispatch before 2pm. 2 days later no news so I followed up. Some liar called Valerie emailed me apologising for the delay but they were ‘inundated’ with orders. She provided a tracking link - that of course, didn’t work.

A few days later, I received an email from ‘Fedex’ providing proof that a person not in my name, nor at my address had signed for my package.

These idiotas can’t even fake a correct postcode though and put it as ‘CW’ which is not only not in Wales, where I live, but I know for a fact is in England!

Of course idiot Valerie was never to be heard from again, so I simply reported it as a fraudulent transaction to my bank (who have refunded me in full) & reported their TikTok ad as fraudulent.

It seemed too good to be true - and it was. AVOID

Absolute scam artists. Ordered and paid for the garden set, they have taken the money and not delivered the goods and failing to reply to messages. Avoid at all costs. Mayfair you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Scammer’s do not order from these people they take your money but don’t deliver the goods

Has anyone got a contact number for them ? Iv emailed them and no reply ! Iv ordered an egg chair and had no response !

Are you the same company that was selling a 7 piece garden furniture if yes could you please tell me when I will receive my items.

Don't have a minus rating 😕 they took my money, I have asked repeatedly for a receipt ( can see on my banking app anyway) and sent more emails than I care to mention and still don't have my egg chair I've paid for. Don't be fooled.

1. have paid delivery fee with purchase. they don't delivery into house.
2. been told to pay extra money to driver, driver maybe agree to helping to move the furnitures into house.
3. never believe what you see on website, better see the physical product by eyes, that what i have learn from the company.

Ordered the twin garden chairs with table (Adirondack ). Absolutely dreadful cheap quality. I’m not surprised you can’t review them on their site. Don’t waste your money. Weak balso wood type material. Prep holes in wrong. Split and damaged sections. Areas of wood preserve Colour not covered. Don’t waste your money.

We ordered a dinning table and chairs from this corrupt company, we were told that it would take 3 weeks to get the order, so 3 days later we found a table and chair dinning set that was available now and took it, then the LIES from this thieving company begins, they say that there is a $150.00 restocking fee, which made no since, no such charge was indicated in the cancellation policy, then when we were charged, it increased to $360.00 to cancel a order not due for weeks.... Mayfair is a rip off at best!

Why am I just buying of Mayfair Love them. Love the products, price and quality. If you have a Problem they sorted straight away, more than I can say about other companies. Thank you Mayfair

We ordered two end tables on June 30th, 2021 and we were going to put them together. Our first date to receive them was July 30th, 2021 then we received another email that we would get them on August 13th, 2021. We have not gotten any updates so we called them and we’re told she did not see any updates of when we would getting them then she said August 19th, 2021 but we have not gotten an email regarding this date and she said they cannot do anything for 72 hours and it won’t be until August 17th, 2021 because they don’t work weekends. Seriously so we have no answers and it looks like August 19th, 2021 is not going to be the date of delivery and they charges us on the date we ordered them but we don’t have. This is one unhappy customer!

An unacceptable company, at best, along with their Comenity Bank collection agency. A year and more, after a purchase, we received a bill. We said we paid. They would check and get back to us. They did, saying nothing except we owed them money. We paid to remove ourselves from being associated with them. We did not pay the "interest," which they were "not going to charge us." We just received a bill for the interest and a $25 late fee. Please avoid dealing with these people and Comenity Bank.

I bought a chair and not only I had to assemble it the screws were wrong ones and in top of it when at least one screw went in the whole thing fell off never again buying from my there again. $240 down the toilet.
Had a better chance at Cook brothers.

I ordered an Englander air mattress from Mayfair that came with a five year warranty. When I experienced problems with the first two they were replaced with no problem. When the third one messed up they said they were sending me another one at which point I threw my old one away to get ready for the new one. After days of waiting I received an email asking for more pictures of the air mattress that went bad but if already thrown it away to make room for my new one. I asked repeatedly what was going on and if they were going to honor my warranty. I neither received a replacement bed nor am explanation or response to my emails. I would recommend to anyone reading this review to do your shopping elsewhere. Now because I can't afford another mattress because I'm on disability and have limited funds I am now sleeping on the floor because I guess they decided I was lying about my air mattress rupturing.

Do not shop at the website during the Black Friday!!! Brought a day ago and price dropped directly, contacted with customer service and told no price match against their own product even.

After waiting for a recliner for over three weeks I decided to track my order only to find out that the recliner was back ordered, it would’ve been nice had Mayfair informed me of such, instead of having me mindlessly sitting around wondering when I would receive my chair. Customer service for this company is a total joke. I’ll never place another order with this company I’m totally disgusted and refuse to spend my hard earned money with a company that doesn’t respect the money that I spend with them ! After spending over 40 minutes on the Phone waiting to speak to someone in customer service I finally got through and discovered that my chair will be shipped on July 16, 2020 and I should receive it at some point in a week or so. Still, that doesn’t change my opinion of Mayfair I’m done as a customer.

bought desk, PAID for handyman to assemble; screws were not even 1/2 long....set desk up...angled it about 3 inches to side and it COLLAPSED....I am very dissatisfied with Mayfair and want response from c/s.....it is still upside on floor, i don't know what to do after PAYING FOR assembly. c/s contact me...now i have $300 of junk piled on floor. help
