UPDATE!!!
I have just checked , and I received my withdrawal on 09.10.2024, but still theway he treated me is not trustworthy. I added another star just because i did not lost all my money!
My experience with this broker is a very bad one, I deposited in August, I traded for a while, I lost some money and tried to withdraw my remaining balance. After that, the problems appeared, the account manager moved to another company (because he said they were not reliable). My withdrawal has been pending since 06.09 and since then I have been trying to contact them, and sometimes they answer me on chat and lie to me that they are sending me the money. If you look carefully at all the users who gave a review, they have only one post, just to increase the rating and be able to fool as many people as possible. Unfortunately, I fell into the trap.
Stay away!

Your email request on 30.09 seems to have been answered by stating that your money will be deposited after the account review.
Then, after the account review, it seems that your money was withdrawn by you.
All of your emails have been answered and there is no lack of communication. Also, your correspondence via live support seems to have been met.
