i have to fit myself , dont know who the hell they are , and another repair instruction from Fastout group ( ?? ), no idea . seriously dont know what to do as they dont send invoices /receipts / order acknowledgements . Any ideas ??

Ich habe für meinen Ford Transit Bj. 2019 eine Luftfederung gekauft und einbauen lassen. Leider wurde mir die Abnahme und Eintragung in die Fahrzeugpapiere vom TÜV und Dekra verweigert. Der Grund liegt darin, dass das von Hersteller übermittelte Dokument nicht ausreichen (Zertifikat und Herstellererklärung).
Es waren weder eine Betriebserlaubnis, eine EG-Kennzeichnung, nötige Zertifikate, noch irgendwelche Teile-Gutachten vorhanden welche die Verwendungssicherheit in dem jeweiligen Fahrzeugtyp belegen.
Es fehlt auch die Basis für die Einzelabnahme in Deutschland. Somit erlischt die Betriebserlaubnis für das Fahrzeug. Also alles wieder Ausbauen. Der Hersteller verweigert die komplette Erstattung der entstandenen Kosten, nicht einmal der volle Kaufpreis wurde erstattet. Es bleibt nur der Gang zu den Gerichten. Es ist unglaublich dass nicht sinngemäß verwendbare Produkte in Deutschland verkauft werden dürfen. Ich informiere nun die Behörden über dieses Produkt. Es ist dringend von Geschäften mit Produkten dieses Herstellers abzuraten. Vertrieben wird das Produkt von Alibaba, Aliexpress, Kaufland, ManoMano, und auf Ebay
Scammers! They advertise themselves as a UK-based company, but in reality, they sell cheap Chinese junk with long shipping times.
They claim the package is sent via Royal Mail, which is technically true—but only after it’s shipped from China. They promise 5-7 day delivery, but that’s completely misleading.
Their poorly described listings deceive customers. I ordered a pair of air suspension components, but they randomly sent me just one without even asking which one I needed. Of course, they didn’t send the one I actually wanted. Now they say I have to pay for the other one separately to receive it.
I’ve been waiting for over two weeks, and it still hasn’t arrived. If I hadn’t contacted them today, it wouldn’t have even been shipped. They just sent me a Royal Mail tracking number, but it’s not active yet, and there’s no information about the package. Now all I can do is hope it eventually shows up.
Do not buy car parts from them! The chances of receiving your order on time—or at all—are extremely low.
