Bad experience
I ordered a cable, two dongles and some mouse skates the 10th March. It is now the 20th March and I still haven't received my items.
I sold my PC and bought a Mac, but now I had to buy the same items from another shop and they came the next day.
Whats even worse is that for some stupid reason Maxgaming.fi decided to send it as a letter instead of a parcel, so I cant even leave the parcel to have them return it.
I also wrote an e-mail to them some days ago, but I still haven't heard back from them.
I will not buy from this company again, this is outrageous.

Näyttää loppuunmyytyä tuotetta olevan varastossa. Eivät ilmoita asiasta tilauksen jälkeen. Otettuani yhteyttä homma saatiin lopulta hoidettua, mutta korvaavan tuotteen lähetyksessä kesti. 1-3pv arvio venyi yli viikkoon.

Sain aluksi väärän tuotteen
Sain aluksi väärän tuotteen, tämän hain 16.1 ja seuraavana päivänä laitoin sähköpostia asiasta. Tähän vastattiin 4 päivän päästä että lähetätkö kuvan tästä ja kuitista. Lähetin kuvat ja jonka jälkeen taas totaalinen radiohiljaisuus. Laitoin tämän jälkeen neljä sähköpostia asiasta johon ei vastattu ja kohta sain viestin että paketti on lähetetty. Nyt ei voi kehua tätä asiakaspalvelua mitä tästä sain sillä noudin oikean tuotteen 4.2 eli tämän korjaamiseen meni noin kolme viikkoa.

dvs. jeg har spildt tid og kræfter på at bestille en varer som de vil sende, som så skal sendes retur fordi de ikke kan levere den i pakkeboksen....
Det er virkelig bare amatør arbejde !

nopea, selkeä ja avulias asiakaspalvelu. helposti ymmärrettävä nettisivu ja ylipäätään positiivinen kokemus. maxgaming myös käsitteli viallisen hiiren palautuksen hyvin helposti ja nopeasti, vaikka siinä menikin 20 päivää saapua heille Postin kautta. siitä huolimatta suosittelen.

Заказав навушники. Дуже довго шли трек не можна переглядати. Доставили в друге місто і статус доставлено. Я нічого не отримав. І см не отримував. Звязувався з почтовим відділенням вони повідомили що на посилці поставили індекс другого міста. Компанія вини не признає. Не купуйте. Дуже багато схожих відгуків
