I was very well taken care of by Rohan, who explained the entire process clearly, patiently, and professionally. I had the opportunity to participate in a very interesting study alongside extremely pleasant people. I have nothing but positive things to say about the company and, especially, about Rohan. I would definitely love to have the opportunity to work with him again in the future!
Scammers. Don’t do anything with them. Everything they said is a lie. I should have checked them here first.

The person who contacted me was Prashant. They kept delaying payment for more than 2 months and they never provided the exact timeline. They just mentioned they were recruiting more participants.

This so-called company asked me to do a survey for a $50 incentive, I did it thinking it was too good to be true almost a month later they have not paid the incentive, and they want me to lodge it as part of my tax return, UM NO. They keep giving me the runaround telling me that their client hasn’t gotten back and checked the answers. Please stay far away from this company as they are scammers! I will be taking this further as they just want to get our personal information.
This the worst experience ever those are bunch of scammers we wasted our time the have collected data from me and my kids they didn’t show up they ghosted no phone pickup no email answer nothing so bad be aware of them
If I could leave no stars I would. Did a study and still have not been paid 10 days later. Can't get no answer or response now. Stay far away from them
No stars for this deplorable business. Mavrix is a shady company, which after writing this review I will be reporting to the Fair Trade Commission and Attorney General of the company's geographical location. This company recruited a bunch of caregivers across the USA for a 3-day focus group conducted online and via zoom to discuss the issues connected with providing care to loved once. Those 3 days had many assignments and required a great deal of time commitment and efforts from the participants. The incentive promised by Mavrix in writing was $275 to be issued upon completion. This was nearly two weeks ago. Since then Mavrix started dodging calls from the caregivers, who were trying to get paid. No payment has been issued. This company is in breach of its expressed promise of payment to those they recruit for their studies. Shady beyond words. And on top of it to take advantage of volnurable people, and their personal stories by abusing their trust! Dispeacable!!
