Worked well for me, good overall experience. Great product!!

I’ve been using these soaps for the last 3 months and I’m finally seeing some great results!! My dark spots around my thighs are nearly gone and I’ve really stayed committed. Tried so many other things that always failed me but this truly help. Still getting them shipped monthly so just make sure to be consistent!

Dreadful! Despite supplying my full postal address my parcel didn’t even make it to my town much less my actual address. Your company was fully aware of this when they sent me a photo of a post office parcel cage as ‘proof of delivery’ despite knowing the goods I paid for had not arrived at my address, you insisted you would need to have the goods returned before a refund was issued. A re-order was offered at no extra cost to me but no ETA could be given due to high demand. Having lost faith in your company to deliver I have again asked for a refund to be told the order is on its way. If the re-order has been placed surely you must know when I can expect it? Whether your product works or not, I no longer care. I ordered in good faith on 29 January and I’m still waiting. Your customer service is poor and delivery service worse. I would be grateful if you could refund me as soon as possible. Thank you in advance of your cooperation.

Ich möchte hier ausdrücklich jeden warnen, bei diesem Anbieter zu bestellen.

Ich habe im Mai 2025 eine Bestellung im Wert von 42,18 € Order #MAV19536 aufgegeben. Das Geld wurde sofort abgebucht, aber ich habe bis heute fast drei Monate später keine Ware erhalten.

Der erste Versandversuch ist komplett schiefgelaufen, weil der Anbieter meine Kontaktdaten nicht an den Paketshop oder den Lieferdienst übermittelt hat obwohl er alle Daten von mir hatte. Dadurch konnte man mich nicht informieren, und das Paket ging zurück.

Ich habe daraufhin mehrfach per E-Mail den Kundenservice kontaktiert. Erst hieß es, man hätte eine „gute Nachricht“ für mich: Man wolle die Bestellung nochmal verschicken. Das war eine leere Versprechung.

Seitdem ist wieder ein ganzer Monat vergangen ohne Lieferung, ohne Rückmeldung, ohne irgendeine Reaktion. Ich habe erneut geschrieben keine Antwort.

Erst als ich auf Instagram öffentlich kommentiert habe, wurde behauptet, dass man sich „melden werde“. Aber auch da: nichts als heiße Luft.

Fazit:
• Bestellung im Mai
• Geld sofort weg
• Keine Lieferung
• Keine ehrliche Kommunikation
• Nur Ausreden, leere Versprechen und dann komplettes Schweigen

Dieses Verhalten ist für mich absolut betrügerisch. Wer so mit Kunden umgeht, ist nicht vertrauenswürdig. Ich habe 42,18 € verloren, aber will wenigstens andere davor schützen, den gleichen Fehler zu machen.

Man wird als Kunde im Stich gelassen und das mit voller Absicht.

I ordered, they confirmed my order , I received an email with the confirmation and link to track it. After 37 days I checked and it showed that my order was delivered but I never received it, so I sent an email and I didn't receive any answer. I have screenshot.

Experience is poor and I should have read the reviews as I emailed to cancel my order but received no response.
Also filled out the contact form and yet they did not respond but decided to send a tracking id which does not work
Will go ahead to report as scam/fraud to receive my refund

Absolutely a scam, don't order. I had my credit get my refund. They don't reply and their tracking is rubbish it shows it has been in HK for the last week. DONT ORDER this is a scam business

Scam - received no order and dodgy tracking number.

Same as everyone else, tracking number doesn’t work. They never shipped it. I want my $$ back. What a scam

This company is a scam I made an order and received no confirmation email or tracking number its like the transaction never happened AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIEVES.

I made an order on the 26th of September. Over a week later, there was no delivery. I contacted them and used their tracking link, which says the order cannot be found.
