Simple and easy. Had a flat tire and needed to get it patched up. Able to leave it at the shop one day and came back to a fresh tire ready to go.

They were terrific. From people at the front desk to the people doing the work. Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable and friendly.

Check your paperwork to make sure they listed the correct vehicle and correct mileage

I had new tires put on my F-250 at their Big Bend Rd location in Riverview Fl. Once they were finished, I was told that their balancing equipment was too small for the tires. First issue, why sell tires that you can't balance. The tires were stock size 275/65R20. I took it for a test ride. Bad shimmy at hwy speed. I was told to take it to their other store on US301 in Riverview. They checked out the balance and said the other store did a bad job. They re-balanced all 4 tires. Still had a bad shimmy. I went back a few days later. They balanced again but now said I have a bent rim! BS!!! My truck always ran smooth, no issues til they touched it. I decided to wait til my scheduled service at Ford. Turns out the "tech" at Mavis just kept adding weights during each balance instead of stripping and starting fresh. Ford checked my rims and said they were not bent. Ford fixed the issue and now my ride is just like it was before Mavis screwed it up. I paid $80 to Mavis for the initial balance. It cost me $140 for Ford to fix the mess. They said I had weights all the way around the rims!
Mavis! You owe me $140. You have my address.

I needed a new tire so I stopped in the shop and Jonathan was a great a help. He had one of the guys pull in my car shortly after arrival and they got my tire done very promptly. They advised me my brakes were also getting on the lower side and gave me a great quote for the brakes. He didn't pressure me into to anything I didn't want unlike most other shops.

Several weeks ago my wife was using our Dodge Ram 2500 diesel truck to go to work. On her way, driving south on the 75 freeway, the truck started shaking very violently. She pulled over to the side and gave me a call. I suspected something on the front end and would need a heavy duty lift to raise it up. I knew that Mavis Tires & Brakes in Riverview had such a lift. I then called for a tow to that location.
Upon checking the truck out, it was found that one or two of the tires had lost the tire balancing weights. The problematic tire/tires were re-balanced and I was good to go.

Thank you for getting to my vehicle appointment first thing in the morning and not making us wait too long. I appreciate good service and realize weekends are the worst for tire repairs. Making an appointment on a Monday morning is rough but needed to get the new tires quickly as it is our only vehicle to get to work.

Mavis is always responsive to my needs. They also do a great job and don't overcharge.

Best auto service I’ve received in a long time. Ernesto and staff are very thorough, courteous and professional. I witnessed this with not only my service but also with other customers as well (male and female). Everyone I spoke to while there shared the same experiences. Their prices are better than any of the competitors that I’ve experienced…look for coupons and specials that they run and they also price-match.

I went for tpms senor to be placed on my summer tires and I couldn't believe what happened next. Their tire tech jumps in my car floors it through first and sec gear then revs my car up to his buddies 2x before three techs proceed over and say Pop the hood! I get it we can all be kids at times but when you break something you have to boss up and do what's right, replace what you broke. That's all I asked and on top of that the tech tore a hole in the seal making my spare tire now useless. Please 🙏 you have been warned don't trust Mavis tire I also have video of there unprofessional actions. You have been for warned ⚠️ my friends FL riverview location 33579

Manager tried to reach out and my sister called him, he said he cannot help her.
The Manager here is a person you cannot trust, why? because they sold us tires and one of them had a crack in 2 weeks... 2 weeks of 50 miles of used. Mavis will not cover any defective warranty on their product and the manager was also not helpful at all. I have not seen any service station this dishonest. There are many service stations that can treat you more fairly than this establishment. BEWARE!!
When they say "new tires" make sure they are not sitting in their store for ages and manufactured recently, don't believe anything they say to make sure you can "proof" buy tires from Costco or Sam's, Discount Tires, definitely not here. BEWARE! BEWARE!

The Mavis Tire and Brake Shop on 301 at the corner of Big Bend Road is a well managed, well staffed shop. I dropped my wife’s car off because of a left rear tire that has a nail in it and had a slow air leak. When they took the car in they told me it would only be an hour or so but after some experiences at other tire shops in Riverview I had my doubts. Amazingly one hour later i came back
And the tire was patched, mounted, balanced, and was being put back on the car. The price he gave me for an hour or work on the tire was extremely fair. I expected to pay
Much more and was pleasantly surprised at the final cost. Plan to buy new truck tires for my Tacoma very soon after the professional, efficient service I received today.
