they were great ! very good communication & everything turned out well !

I went to Mavis to have my oil changed and my tires rotated. I waited several hours before my vehicle was ready. The manager informed me that I should have been informed of the wait time when I came in. He told me that he appreciated my business and valued my time. He adjusted the cost of the services they provided. Mr. John, I sincerely appreciate you showing that you valued my time.

Needed tire inflation and it was completed quickly. The service tech was friendly and professional.

The service was excellent Mr Donald was great and Mr John was the best he explains everything and get you in and out in a timely fashion

I was in Mavis Dec 27th 2024. Upon arriving John was waiting on a customer as I approached the counter, a lady comes from the garage area, I’ll be with you in a minute, as, she’s looking through papers. John comes back inside about 10 minutes latee, asked have we been waited on yet, no sir as my son replied. John just shook his head. How may I help. The young lady at this time walks by into the garage, now there’s two more customers by us. She never came from the garage to help him. I can tell John was frustrated with her, he proceeded to tell the other two customers that he would be with them shortly. Before we left he had waited on four Customers not including us.. one thing I can say about John is never stopped smiling the hold time. This is some wrong on so many levels.. I know for a fact everything John stepped outside to help another Customer she would get on her phone, but when John walked by into the lobby, she’s pretending to be looking for something on the computer… Mavis all need to check the service computer to see how many customers are been waiting on by your front desk person… I felt for him to see him going through so much and having to service customers with another employee NOT doing nothing to help anyone. I said something to him about her NOT helping him, he politely say I’m OK with a smile. Please send John some real help. I’m so heartbroken by this. I have been going here for years, always had great service with all front desk employees.

They were great and helped me find Tires at a price that I could afford.

Flowood, MS Mavis. Ordered tires (Michelin Defender 2-P235/60/r18) scheduled appointment and waited 2 hrs in shop on Monday while they were put on. This weekend I noticed tires looked small (I was visiting family and was parked outside where I got good look at tires). I checked the tires and discovered they installed Michelin Energy tires- P235/45/r-18. Now back at shop to get correct tires on. Apparently, I have to wait again (will be all afternoon) since they are busy, short staffed, etc. It is like I am causing THEM an inconvenience. I paid for the more expensive tires and they put cheaper ones on instead. I discovered the “mistake “ not them. If I could leave a negative star rating I would.

Charged me 85.00 to mount 2 tires
