I went to Mavis not knowing what to expect, I had a nail in my tire. The gentlemen at the front desk greeted me and said the can take care of it. It took no time at all for them to rectify my problem, i thought i would have to wait because i did not have an appointment, I was out in less than 10 minutes. I wish i got the guys name at the desk he was so very nice and took great care of me.

Do NOT go to Flemgington Mavis
I will never go back to Mavis in Flemington!
I found out that Mavis had stripped the oil pan screw so bad that my mechanic had to use an air hammer to get it out. What was supposed to be an $85 oil change turned into over $600 because of Mavis and Oil Change it one of their specialties. Was told that this they've seen this issue with other customers that had prior oil change done at Mavis in Flemington. Had to replace oil pan and the screw. Mechanic told me that Mavis would have known immediately that they screwed up my prior oil change and should have owned up to it and fixed it then. When I called Mavis to let them know the man on the phone argued with me saying that could fix the screw. They hung up on me when I told them it could not be fixed. If I could share the pic of the screw anyone reading this would know that it couldn't be fixed.
They also recently charged me $150 to clear engine light but didn't fix the problem - after having my car there for 4 days! They supposedly test drove it and said it was running fine but within 1 minute of driving it I could tell it still had the same engine problem! Had to bring my car to another place to get it fixed properly. All together Mavis cost me an additional $650 that I would not have spent if I hadn't brought my car there.

I came in Friday afternoon for a oil…
I came in Friday afternoon for a oil change and I was unable to get in so the manager ask me to come back Saturday morning 8am which they really didn’t have any availability either but he fit me in quickly excellent service and very nice.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else
I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my tire needs. The quality of work and friendly staff makes all difference. I’d give them 100 stars if I could!
