The job was simple, just the oil change this time. What made it nice are the people that work there. Attentive, polite, accommodating. Makes you want to come back.

My son purchased 4 new tires from them less than a month later the one of the tires had a slow leak then it went to just always continuously going flat so my son called them . They gave him the first appointment only to find out they booked 4 other people for the same time slot .He wasn’t out till 4 hours later. By making him wait he was late getting to work and loss money that day . OK now a month later he has to go back because the tire again has a slow leak now he bought these tires brand new from them. They take no responsibility for their actions. He should’ve been given a new tire but instead they plugged it or whatever they did to it . 4 hours later and he had to go back . This is utterly ridiculous. This place needs to be shut down. This isn’t the first time this has happened . Many people I know who went there and they were all dissatisfied I think they’re writing their own reviews do better. I bet the company won’t even reach out and try to resolve this matter. My son deserves 2 new tires . And I also wanna add there wasn’t a hole in the tire they were the leak was coming from inside so the tires were damaged when he bought them .

I decided to give Mavis a call first thing in the morning to schedule a time to have some work done on my vehicle. The work entailed removing 4 new from 4 rims, that were fully removed and in the bed of the truck. And then remove the four tires that were on the truck, and replaced with the above mentioned. I was told they weren’t busy, 130pm sounded great they said.

To keep this short, I sat there from 130 to 6, only for them to tell me
At the very end, that one of my tires was “no good” .. These were all brand new $190tires, on rims, full of air. No damage or rot, these were all perfect condition lt Tires, and they damaged one and now were making me buy a brand new tire, that doesn’t even match and I ended up spending almost 300$ because of their negligence. When it should have been $64 as planned an an hour of work. Instead, all evening, and I feel completely taken advantage of. I do like the guys there but this could definetly have been a very positive review instead of a “don’t let your grandmother” go here by herself review.

Friendly knowledgeable staff who got my car in and got it fixed. Great experience.

Worst ever I had tires brake pads roter and struts done. Car still shaking bad I came back 3 times different story Everytime. They say all fixed pull out same problem.Wait time is terrible

the guys were very nice dave was a real great guy , he was right there and kept me updated on all , and i was in and out in about an hour thanks guys

I've been a customer of many years..I came in with my tire flat..tried pressure gauge 14 LBS ugh ! I needed a new tire ASAP as I had to get to work several miles away and worried about how long ? Well they stepped up and got me done ✅ thank you all so much !!!!!!!!! Debbie Pignotti

They were able to work me in. Called me when it was ready to pick up and held the car for me overnight. Super easy and efficient.

They got me in quickly and were helpful in figuring out what services I need to do.

It was good as it always is. I go in and get what I need done and they answer any questions and concerns i may have.

Went there today had my car services done they were very polite and they treated me very well

I got in right away and they changed my oil and rotated my tires in under an hour. Very fast and professional.

Been to Mavis/Catskill twice, once to buy new Pirelli tires, and once to get a tire repaired. Both times, the service was excellent, cordial, and pricing very fair. I recommend them highly.
