Arrived at 0800 for free tire rotation…
Arrived at 0800 for free tire rotation as I’d previously purchased tires from Mavis .
Informed rear brakes were 90% worn so went ahead and replaced. 40 minutes after arrival all work is complete ! Staff here always friendly and informative which is why I choose them for all my car needs ! Recommend to friends and family !

My second time to Mavis DT
My second time to Mavis DT, The crew working there were excellent in how they handled costumers, and not just me. Appreciate that fact that they don't try and push sales of anything on me. If they find something during their usual maintenance checks they let you know, they explain what level of concern it is without exaggeration. They are straight up about the cost and time it will take. What every Auto maintenance shop should be.

I came in to have a tire repaired
I came in to have a tire repaired. Service was quick. I was given the total and paid, when I looked at my receipt after I left I noticed it said I requested to have the TPMS checked and was charged accordingly. I did not request this to be done, only the flat repair. This is an unacceptable practice.
