Howard was great with customer service very friendly recommend this location for your service needs

I had an appointment scheduled to service one of the flat tires. I showed up at my appointment exactly at 9am and was the first customer at the shop and was told that I would need to wait for a long time for them to look at the tire and that I was 3rd in line. It only takes 10 minutes to look at the tire but no one cared about my appointment and honoring it. I had to leave the shop and take a risk driving my car back home. Terrible customer service and I would never come back to this shop for any service. The shop just lost another customer. I would not recommend this store for any car service needs if they can’t even fix a tire on the scheduled appointment.

I used to feel good coming to this location but I think the staff changed, and now they are just praying on women like other mechanics do.

I Went in for an Oil Change and asked them to do work they recommended previously. I asked for a quote on the work. They gave me a rough number for the work they recommended and when I asked for a number for the full job they said they would get back to me. I didn’t hear the full quote until the job was done.

$569 for an oil change & sway bar links. I questioned this at the end and they just kind of looked at me. I paid the bill and left.

After I left my car started making a noise it never made before from where the work was done. I brought it back in the next day and Jack told me it wasn’t from the work done but that he would test drive it and let me know. After they went in and looked it was indeed from the work. They “fixed” it and not even an hour later it started clanking again. They can’t seem to fix a problem they caused from a recommendation that my car didn’t even have an issue with before.

I spent almost $600 for my car to not drive right, and now I have to take it somewhere else to be fixed because clearly these people can’t do the work.

My husband called to get a quote on the same work, they quoted him $100 cheaper than my total. He went in to ask for our money back on the sway bars so we could take it to a real mechanic and they said they would call him. They didn’t even take his number down.

Don’t go here. Your car will be on worst shape when you leave.

The young man was kind and polite he told me what the issue was and fixed with no hesitation and he didn’t make me wait

We had a nail in our tire and we have used Mavis for tires for our Flex so we headed to the closest Mavis and we were promptly and courtesly taken care of by Justin with a smile! And now we can go back to our planned day of yard sale-ing and breakfast without much pain! Great service!!

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change online wasn't like I was just a walk in. The guy that was working the front desk told me it would be a few mins while he cleaned the shop, I was watching from the waiting area they just walking around eating cookies and whatever they finally brought my car in put it on the lift and about an hour later it was still there and I ask him when my car was going to be done he was very smart and told me it had only been an hour and what my problem was . Then he went on to tell me that they didn't have my filter in stock .he could have told me that before the oil change and I would have not got it done , he could have cleaned the shop the evening before not on my time don't mind waiting but what Mavis charges for an oil change then take forever to get it done is another thing will never frequent another Mavis in my life especially the one in Oxford . Would give them a zero but it wouldn't let me .

the woman at the front desk was so helpful and polite. she was very thorough. our job was finished in a matter of a couple hours. very very happy to have given mavis another chance.

Mavis was supposed to send me a link to do a review but have conveniently failed to do so probably due to my bad experience at their Oxford, PA shop. Consequently, I’m doing a review here instead to help others. I made an appointment to have four new tires installed. After 2.5 hours my car was finally ready. They blamed it on a holiday sale whereby they could not control the wait time. They try to sell you a lot more than what you came there for to include a wheel alignment. A Mavis rep told me I needed new wipers. I informed him that I just put a new pair on myself three days prior. He made a senseless excuse and then tried to sell me a new battery as well. A new manager was starting the day I was there so hopefully he can turn this location around. He seemed very people oriented and hard working.

Great service! In emergency situations they are fast to take care of me! They are always pleasant. Highly recommend!!!!
