I stopped in on a Tuesday for air in a tire. They were very helpful and noted that I needed new tires. They assured me they had 1200 tires on site and if I came back at 8 am the next morning they would find four tires for my van. I returned the next morning at 8 am and they told me they didn’t have my size and I would have to order a set of four. I ordered four tires and put down a deposit. They said no problem as they were open until 8:30 pm on Thursdays so the tires would come in around 3 pm and they would put them on. I returned on Thursday at 3 pm. They had the tires and refused to put them in as they were “too busy.” They told me to come back tomorrow (Friday) after 10 am. I’m in my 70s and handicapped. Terrible way to treat a handicapped senior. They refused to put the tires on because they said they had to call me first to tell me the tires were in.

Easy to get appointment. Efficient and friendly counter guy.

We have been bringing our 4 cars to Mavis in Oakland over many years and they are always honest and always beat the prices given to us from the dealership. Both Bob and Keith are awesome to deal with and their crew is excellent! Would recommend to everyone! Free tire rotation too, even if you are not having any other work done. A+
