Needs an overhaul
First the place is extremely dirty & uninviting. Just because its a garage doesnt mean it cant be clean. The music was so loud I felt like i was in a biker bar. The front desk lady never cracked a smile or looked at me. She had a sour attitude, especially when I told her I was unable to stick around for them to make $500 in "repairs" when all i went in for was an oil change. With all the bad reviews of this place, im not about to take their word for it that those repairs are actually needed. Only reason I chose this place at all was because The Ranch was closed. I wont be back.

I made an appointment for an oil change. I arrived 15 early so that check in would be completed before my appointment time. 3 bays were open. I have now been here for over an hour and still my car is not ready. With with an appointment, why does an oil change take this kind of time?
The place needs a cleaning. Very dirty.
The associates are always kind and courteous.

Terrible Service
The first time I went to the Morgantown location for an oil change I had terrible customer service. The only reason I went back is because they're the only ones that keep my tires in stock. I wish I could say I had a better experience, but there is only one person in the whole place who is professional and knows how to do their job. It took longer than it should've because no one paid attention to what they were doing because they unnecessarily removed the one new tire on my car. They also contradict themselves every single time I go and give me misinformation about the oil needed in my car. Aside from the one guy who is professional, everyone else was extremely rude. I also now have to waste my gas going back to the location to get my receipt so that I have a paper trail of what work I’ve had done on my car because they gave me someone else's paperwork. They also tried to pretend they were giving me a great deal and were giving me my oil change for free because of the hassle, in reality they charged me more than I was quoted for both the tires and the oil change. I would not recommend NTB to anyone.
