These guys were awesome took great care of me traveling back and forth from Florida I broke the valve stem and one of my vehicles and they didn't hesitate to jump on it and did it for free just to help me out what a great group of guys stop in and see him they'll take good care of you
I scheduled an Oil Change Service at the NTB/Mavis Tire - Monaca location on-line which included a FREE Tire Rotation. I called the store and told Channing we needed to bump our time by 1/2 hour, which was not a problem at all. The service that I received from Channing and the associates was EXCELLENT!!! We have been long-time patrons of NTB for many, many years, and we have NEVER had any issues with their Perfomance of such HIGH-QUALITY Level of service every time we go there!!! We have been through 3 different vehicles over the years, and we are completely SATISFIED not just with the services provided, but the way we are treated like ROYALTY every visit!!! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND this Store for your needs!!! THANK AGAIN to all who help us!!!
