The gentleman at the desk was kind and helpful. They were recommended by another business close by and i had no regrets going there to get my tire fixed. My experience was satisfying.

Mavis tire in Middleburg is great to deal with. Donald always takes good care of me and my vehicles. He was on vacation this time but Liz did a great job with prompt in and out service.
Not happy. I made an appointment for 8-20-23 9am. I messed up and thought the 20th was Saturday. When I received my reminder email I found I made a mistake. They aloud me to drop the car off the night before since was unable to be there at 9am. I asked will my appointment still be honored and I was told yes. I asked if would be ready by noon. yes again and they will call when it is ready. 12:30 Sunday afternoon I had not heard anything so I called them. My car had not been touched but it was next in line. I guarantee walk-ins were helped while my appointment was bypassed. What is the point of making an appointment if you are still waiting as if you just showed up? The reason for the delay I was given was to many appointments are made for the same time slot. I repeat I guarantee walk-ins were not made to wait while appointments were caught up on. As one of your extremely rude employees interrupted a conversation with another employee to inform me awhile back a walk-in will never go before an appointment. Read my review on Google maps for details of him showing his backside when I DID have an appointment and was going by his "never" statement. I made an appointment for today. I should still have my appointment time even though I was not physically there waiting. I even asked if my appointment would be honored. I need a ride and most people doing you a favor don't want their day place on hold all day waiting when the car should have been ready before I past the store at 1pm and would have saved a second trip. Here it is as I write this 1:52pm and still no call. It's an oil change and tire rotation. A hour is enough time to get my car done and goof off or something. 5 hours after my appointment time. Would I still be sitting there if I had stayed? Please change your amounts of appointments set so appointments made are not a waste of time and no better than just walking in or have them made a priority. I'm lucky I can get a ride so I don't spend my whole day off in a waiting room. Some are not so lucky and use appointments so they don't wait 5 hours and counting.

Missed a couple minor things like the next oil change sticker and reset the engine light and re plug wire for the traction light that was also lit up... Anyways I retuned with thes minor things and they all hopped on to make everything right! They always give me great service. Glad to see them training younger guys! This is at the Middleburg Mavis location.
On July 23rd I brought my Car to Mavis in Middleburg (2600 Blanding blvd) for an oil change and due to a sound coming from my right wheel. They did my oil change after several hours and then told me I had two leaky cv axles and to bring it back in the morning the next day. I should have brought it somewhere else this has been a nightmare. The next morning I bring it in and drop it off. I make sure they have my contact info then I walk home 4 and a half miles as I had just enough funds to pay them what I was quoted. A whole day goes by and I get no answer. Myself and my husband call out of work the next day thinking surely the car will be fixed. We get zero communication from the shop during this. We call once a day each and get the same answer each time. "We're working on it it's just a difficult car to work on" at no point was I advised that this was anything out of the ordinary outside of an unfamiliar car to the mechanics. Fast forward to Sat July 29th. I call and they tell me there's nothing I can do. My car is now undrivable and must be towed somewhere. They accept absolutely zero responsibility that my car was running and drivable before it ever went to their shop. I tow it to another shop that calls me that afternoon and informs me that the sheer abuse that Mavis inflicted on my car has driven a part into the transmission wall of my vehicle ballooning the cost of repair from around 900.00 quoted to over 4000.00. They send me a written document showing what has happened and I get in touch with the regional manager. He admits that the guys at his shop drilled holes into my cv axle, pried and chiseled trying to get the parts to come out but were unsuccesful yet does not feel I should be compensated for my car repairs. I absolutely will be seeking legal counsel and I heavily warn against going to their shop for anything but the most basic vehicle repair. I want my car fixed!

I had a leak in my drivers side rear tire. The techs found the source and repaired it in less than an hour. They didn't charge me for the repair. I have been using Mavis tire for years and have always been very satisfied with their work and service.
Very professional and fast high quality service.
Had a flat on my wife's car, and no body would even try to repair it, and they did. Made me very happy.

Monday I called the store near us to see if they had my tire size on hand and they didn't but I was told they could have on their next truck tomorrow so I set an appointment for twelve PM Tuesday. Wanting to be on time that next day I headed for the store and while in route Michael in the Middleburg, FL store called to let me know my tire were on hand. In a couple of minutes I checked in and my vehicle taken. In about an hour they removed the old tires, mounted and balanced the new and reinstalled them. That young has very good people skills. Satisfied customer
Mavis Tire Middleburg Florida 2600 Blanding Blvd. Have been going to Mavis for years. Always treated fairly and with respect. The service personnel are always friendly and courteous. Great place to take your car. Nail in rear tire. In and out in no time. Appreciate these hardworking guys very much.
