I went here today because my battery died and the very sweet guy (he was tall with tattoos I forgot to ask his name) who helped me absolutely made my entire week after one of the worst days I had in a while. He made sure I knew what my options were and that I was comfortable with the decisions I was making for my car. 10/10 experience and 50/10 customer service.
Tom, JD and Kylie are fantastic techs and managers. Very informative and helpful. These three go above and beyond explaining everything. Only down fall is there is this other girl that works there and i think her name is Miley or Millie but she has no background on vehicles what so ever and it shows, cannot explain anything and more busy on her phone texting and carrying on a conversation then paying any attention to customers. She is also very rude and hostile to customers when they ask questions or question work done on their vehicle. She is very disrespectful. Sat there watching all of this while waiting on my car to be completed.
these guys are great. gave me the cost before doing the job. actual cost was paid. work has always been done right and no returns due to work not done right. 5 star review - unless there’s a higher number!
