It's rare you find a garage that is willing to explain things to you instead of just giving you a price. I've been taking my car here for a few years now and Raj and team really go the extra mile to provide quality customer service.

Raj and his team are always fair and reliable. I never feel like I'm being pressured or upsold at this location like so many auto shops I have gone to in the past. They got me in and out in no time which I really appreciated because I needed to get to work.

They always try to make everything easy, they try to help as much as they possibly can and they usually do. Been going there for years now, and I am always happy with their service and the way they handle any situation.

If it wasn't for the manager, Raj I wouldn't be going to Mavis. What a pleasure dealing with someone who really cares about your needs and requests.

Honest quick and convenient, since my old STS shop (in Deer Park LI) closed, Ive been looking for a new one to call home. I put it on my "short' list.

Service was completed quickly and professionally.

Posting reviews to show people not to get more than their tires done here. Was told my entire front subframe had to be replaced. Went to another mechanic the next day and turned out only the bushings have to be replaced. It went from a $2000 estimate from Mavis to an $800 repair. Almost got scammed out of a lot of money.

Raj was super courteous and beyond helpful in getting my truck in the shop today. I shall become a regular customer!
