Let me start by saying they dropped my…

Let me start by saying they dropped my truck on the lift and tried to cover it up by claiming the power went out. I knew something was wrong, as the truck was leaning, and one of the workers was walking around my truck, taking a video. Had to wait on a mechanic to arrive for hours to get my truck off the lift. And on top of that I still needed tires so they still charged me with only a $50 discount after sitting there for 5hr for two tires was $680

The customer service was great, informative and knowledgeable. Nate had his staff did an excellent job getting my vehicle serviced and back to me quickly. Will return for future services
