I was greeted by Daniel one of the mangers upon my 8:00 appointment, he then told me that it will be a 45 minute wait till he can get my truck in the shop. They had no other vehicle there nor in the shop but I just said ok. I came in just for an oil change and fuel filter change. Once my truck was in the shop it still took over 2 hours to do the work which is ridiculous. I would never bring my vehicle there for service again.shoutout to Daniel for losing my business. Also I was charged 459and some change for an oil change and fuel filter replacement after research I found out my fuel filter was only 29.99 at a local part store. And the 10 quarts of oil would only be about 90$ to purchase my self . I understand the shop has to make there money. But almost 4 times the amount it would have cost me to do the oil change and fuel filter is ridiculous. The only person I respect there was Nick witch I’m not sure of his position but he at least kept me updated on my vehicle as it was being worked on which I thought the guy who checked me in should of been the one to keep me updated. Mavis needs more employees like Nick he went out his way to inform me the status of my vehicle and suggested other maintenance they should be done near future. Unlike Daniel . Thank you Nick but for you Daniel I think a doughnut shop is
More your spend, but I do appreciate the other guy who kept me informed on my vehicle.
