Oil Change
I like the way a customer can make an online appointment for car service. showed up for my oil change and was greeted by Chris. He was friendly and sent in the work order to the mechanic. After a while, Chris told me my car was almost finished but let me know my battery was still good (but is half depleted). I thanked him for the heads-up since no one likes to be surprised by a dead battery. I've always received great service at this Mavis tire location.
