Persistent leak in driver side rear tire. On line reservation was very user friendly. However when I got there at appropriate time they didn't have my entry and the number I was given had been used by an earlier customer. They took me anyway, said it would be an hour and it was. Adjacent to a restaurant so the wait was pleasant. Jaliel was at least shift lead, maybe manager, and took care of my car. When I left I realized the low pressure warning was lit but I assumed it would clear. It did not and when I got home 14 miles later I checked the repaired tire pressure and it was 20psi. I inflated it, the light went out and it has stayed out. Do it yourself tire leak repair kits instruct to partially inflate after repair and drive a few miles before full inflate. Maybe that was the case here but I was never told.
Beware of "Repairs" you Never Needed
Since changing to new management, up-pricing, not informing customers of discounts, and sheer disorganization are the hallmarks of this operation. Simple jobs are escalated into "serious" issues because they need to meet a dollar quota and will shaft you, the customer, at every turn. Days later, we found fluids were never checked or topped off. Do NOT trust your wallet to this place. Horrible tactics.
