Getting my tires ordered and appointment were 5 star! Customer service not so good. I walked in and the office was empty; waited 10 minutes and one of the mechanics came and asked me if I’d been helped. He opened the back door to tell someone I needed help. Young lady whom I assume was a customer talking to the attendant was cursing every other word and the worst part so was the attendant! When he called me up to check out; I mentioned to him that was not professional at all it is a place of business; he turned around to staple my receipt to my ticket and handed it to me. No apology, nothing!

Tried to get 4 tires put on
Went there on Tuesday to get 4 tires put on said they couldn't do it to come back Thursday they open till 8:30 so call Thursday around 1:00 i said I get off 6:00 I said sure you can do it he yeah so get there at 6:15 well we can't do it only have one person working he should have told me that at 1 when I call instead of wasting my time they will never get my business again

Mavis on Hwy 30 in Gonzales, LA. Called in about 4 tires for loose trailer wheels. Was given a good price, dropped off the wheels 10 minutes later, got a call about an hour later, wheels ready and at the price quoted. No bait and switch. I recommend calling in and getting the price, I have used the online purchase before and had to put my foot down as they continually tried to bait and switch. That was a different Mavis, not the Gonzales branch.
