No Communications. Wont Go Back
Horrible Communications. I specifically told the staff that I had no intention of spending a ridiculous amount of money on a tire for a car that I was going to be getting rid of soon. I asked for them to order the exact tire I had. Not only did they not order the tire they mounted and balanced the tire I said I did not want. I ended up ordering the tires myself and having it shipped to the shop. Even then when the tire came in no communication that it was received. I had to keep calling over and over. Then they hit me with full price fees when they had my car for over a week for a tire to mount and balance my tire. Would absolutely never go back to that store. The only thing missing when I walked in the door was circus music playing...

I went yesterday to have the rear breaks done and items were stolen from the vehicle. Go to another place that doesn't take the vehicle to elsewhere.

They gave me discounts but they recomended replacements of specifc items every 10000 miles which is contrary to the subaru manual. It so happens that I was overdue for these changes but I will check my manual for any replacements before I approve them in the futurel.
