I stopped by 45 minutes before closing and Geneva Mavis got me right in and solved the problem by balancing the tires. Gavin explained to me about how snow and ice can cause balancing issues like I was having.

Earned my trust
Without going into details, I came in at 1:00 pm for a NYS inspection and didn’t leave till just after 6:00 pm. Nick was the architect for making this difficult experience a trust building exercise and Kevin was the force that made it happen. They work hard and they’ve earned my respect and my repeat business. I couldn’t disagree more with Chad ( previous reviewer) regarding Kevin.

Made an appointment the night before
Made an appointment the night before. Asked questions about the tire brand and quality when I arrived. I was able to change my purchase on the spot. Was offered rebates and discounts. No pressure, my choice. Stayed within budget. And the staff were all personable.
