I had my tire problem taken care of immediately. John, at the register was a Godsend, he and the crew were amazing. I have never had a bad experience with the staff at the Newberry road store. I recommend it for anyone looking to get their tires fixed.

I stopped in there this morning and the staff was extremely courteous thorough and attentive. They were also quick to handle all my needs. The price was surprisingly low. It was refreshing to experience such personal service, and I would recommend that others patronize this establishment.

The front desk was helpful in getting me what I needed and it didn't take long for my vehicle to be finished. Thank you

I can kick myself! I usually read 1 star reviews before I go to any new place of service before I decide to use them. They SCAMMED me y'all! Went in for a brake job curtesy Dan "the manager" came out with 27 code errors and check engine light! Brakes even made a scrubbing sound same day... that was scary. Are they sure they treat others how they want to be treated?...I think not! Thanks Mavis for the extra trouble in my life all from wanting my brakes repaired... if people understood you can do them the same, they would not use your place of business! 👍

Everyone was so nice and the service was excellent. I had a “ low tire” light on the way to Gainesville, went to Mavis on University Ave. at around 6 PM.That tire was blown and the others were about to blow, the tread was in such poor shape. All 4 tires were replaced the next morning , very reasonable pricing due to Black Friday discounts, and I was on my way home by lunch time.

Unless you have a whole day to waste, don’t go to Mavis!

Went in for brake inspection. No question about the need, they actually let me out to see how bad it was. The price seemed a bit steep at first, but when they itemized I realized how much they were doing and the warranty that came with the work. Well worth the funds.

Even if you don't go in, you should check their prices before commiting anywhere else.
