The staff was very professional and courteous and the job was done in less than a half hour and everything g that was done was explained when I was given my keys back

Stay away from Mavis
The one star is not related to Egg Harbor twp. They did a good alignment even if my steering wheel is slightly off when going strait but it does go strait. It’s related to the company. Broke down the same day as the repair 15 months ago. The break down was related to the repair. Police towed my car to another shop so I had to do the repair here. I had to pay for the same repair again. They gave me a voucher. I was willing to give them another try. I went to use it today and it does not work. They already did the work so I had to pay. Just stay away.

WORSE SHOP EVER!!!!
Scheduled an appointment 6/18/22 for two new tires. Dropped off the two wheels the day before thinking it’ll be done the day of my appointment. Called the shop around 1pm they they haven’t started yet with confusion. They said they’re gonna call me back when its done. But no call!!! I have to go there and check it out if if its done or not! WORSE!!! WORSE!!! Customer service!!!! 1st and last!!!!

Tire repair
On January 02, 8:30am I went to mavis because my tire wasn’t holding air. I believe I was greeted by Otis or Onis(Hispanic male). Anyway he was pleasant and so was the mechanic (Hispanic male with two diamond earrings) they were awesome and it was a quick and easy fix. He also checked all my other tires and put air in them. It was a great experience. way to start off the new year in a great atmosphere!! Thank you so much!
