Mavis tires , were so good to me! They got me the lowest price for my tires a very friendly an professional! I’ll defiantly be coming back to mavis tires!!!

My nephew recently went to Mavis in Denham and was quoted $100 for oil change and alignment check. When he called to see if it was ready they had a list of things they wanted to fix. He politely declined and the tech completely changed his attitude and was very rude. He said the car was ready and upon returning it was still on the rack with no tires on it sitting there. The lady after him came for an oil change that cost $900. And she left before him because she approved the work to be done. This place is kind of like a mafia. They told the lady we have your car... so... u gotta pay. What a scam! Go to Walker tire or half time oil or even take 5. Mavis tire is one of those shade tree mechanic places that will overcharge and under perform!

Ricky was super helpful and when i called he made sure that i could be taken care of when it came to my car. Very efficient and super informative.

Each time myself and my son had service done to our vehicle was excellent. They have great customer service skills and answering any questions we may have. I appreciate that if they catch something that needs to be replaced/repaired they will bring it to our attention. That type of service I appreciate I rather take care of any issues then. Thanks Mavis Team we love your work and keeping our vehicles serviced and safe condition.

Ricky went out of his way to get a replacement tire that I needed that his store did not have. He was very professional and worked me in during a very busy time. Dameon who worked the front area was very nice and answered all my questions that I had. I will continue to use Mavis with any future issues that I have.

The Mavis tire in Denham springs La on range ave 70726, was a HUGE mistake to bring my vechicle to. I had a brake problem with calibers seizing up and eating brake pads. After Mavis installed all new parts they had informed me the problem was fixed indeed it was not. Not Two weeks later the problem occurred again. The shop tech had informed me that they had put the wrong calibers on. Again after they had reinstalled everything again. The problem occurred again. ( after informing the techs and management to look at EVERYTHING that has to do with brakes. ) after the second time this happens I took it to a different mechanic and they had informed me that Mavis broke my brake booster and causing all of these issues. After being informed that my calibers, brakes and rotors was under warranty ( through Mavis)
So,
I take it to Mavis explaining the situation to the new older man and Mrs Allison at the front. They wanted to catch an attitude with me saying tbag they was not gonna fix the issue even tho everything was still under warranty through them. I am so disappointed in the service. In the mechanics. In the support though this company. PLEASE FOR YOUR SAFETY PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM!!!!

The Technicians took me b4 they actually opened - which was just a few minutes - but - I appreciate it - since I was on my way to Work. They were just Great Guys to a Senior Citizen.

Spoke to sales at Mavis Tires in Denham Springs. Was told I could order tires cheaper on Amazon and have Mavis mount & balance plus schedule the appointment online.

So I ordered the tires for $500 less and scheduled the alpointment online. I called the day before the appointment and was told the tires were the wrong size. I contacted Amazon and they sent return labels to Mavis to label the tires and UPS would pick them up.

Needing tires now, Mavis didn't have an appointment until the next week. So I purchased tires at Chabills.

Kept checking on my refund. Finally called Mavis and no- one knew anything. I ended up going up there and finally got someone to find them in the warehouse. I took them to UPS myself and sent them off.
BY THE WAY, THEY WHERE THE CORRECT SIZE ALL ALONG !!!!! Mavis cost me $500.

Purchased 4 Goodyear tires 6 months ago for camper, had 1 tire leak at stem yesterday. Brought in the tire for repair and I was promptly attended to with great professionalism and witnessed they treat all customers this way.

Went to the Mavis Tire in Denham Springs today and the Gentleman there stated he was a Manager name was Rob and was completely unprofessional. Extremely Rude and Arrogant. Very disappointed they have him in a management role. Did not hold himself to the standard a manager should, also spoke to his staff with no respect whatsoever, also with no regard that there were customers around.
