I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Mavis Tire & Brakes on Weber Road in Bolingbrook today and I want to personally recognize Joseline and David for their exceptional customer service.

I arrived with a flat tire just 15 minutes before closing, fully expecting to be told I would need to come back another day. Instead, Joseline and David welcomed me, took care of the problem immediately, and repaired the tire at no charge.

In today's world, that kind of service is incredibly rare. They could have easily turned me away, but instead they chose to help someone in need at the end of a long workday. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression on me.

What they did may have seemed like a small gesture to them, but it made a tremendous difference to me. It is refreshing to find people who still genuinely care about helping customers rather than simply watching the clock.

Mavis Tire & Brakes is fortunate to have employees like Joseline and David and its manager (whose name I unfortunately did not get) representing the company. They earned my gratitude, my trust, and my future business. If you need tire or brake service in the Bolingbrook area, this is the place to go.

Stopped in for a quick oil change on my truck and was greeted by Joey with top of the line customer service. Explained I was kind of in a hurry and without any hesitation they had my truck in and out without trying to sell me services I didn't need. The following weekend I had my wife's van in for an oil change and again upon arrival the team was outstanding and very professional. This will be my go to oil change and tire service team in the future. Thank you Joey and the rest of your Mavis team members on an outstanding job.

I went in for alignment check. They saw car was beginning to overheat and check engine light had come on. They ran diagnostics and other checks on my Ford Escape for over an hour so I would know exactly to tell the Ford dealership. Ford needed to do the work since I'd had prior issues. They didnt even charge me!! Kept me informed of what was going on. Great service.
