Fast, Courteous, and Thorough.
Was met at the Barnegat NJ shop for my 8am oil change appointment. Shop was clean and organized. Counter person was patient helpful and listened to my concerns.
My vehicle was quickly taken into the bay and had the work performed.
Upon completion the work was explained, the bill was detailed and my vehicle was presented to me. Good experience.

New Battery
Called yesterday to let them know I would be bringing my car in for a new battery. I have worked with Dylan in the past and he is always knowledgeable and honest. He brought my car in immediately, checked and swapped out the battery for a new one and I was finished in about 5 minutes.

Got a flat I’m Barnegat nj
Got a flat I’m Barnegat nj , the road side assist recommended the local Mavis store on Barnegat Blvd, I called them and they had the tire in stock they told me come right over and it maybe 2 hrs before they could replace it which was fine. Once I got there they told me a had to leave it over night and it would ready by 11am I call the next day at 1130 they told me they would have it done till around 2 I called at 2:30 they said 3:30/4 at they finally call at 3:35 once I got they to pick up my truck I noticed two tires in the bed the one good tire o wanted and the spare ! I asked John the manager why they did put the spare back and said we didn’t!! He went to shop and ask the mechanic who worked on it and I could him laugh and say “he’ll no” the manager returned and said I’ll give you additional discount and you can put it back ! I said it a big tire for me to try to get back under the truck
And look and said we’ll there nothing I can do for you ! Really I call CS on from the phone number of the bill and after 15 minutes they told be head back to store and it be about a ten wait and they would install it !! Really I wouldn’t go another mavis again
The store waiting room was dirty as hell, I touched the counter to read the invoice and my hands were greasy!!
There many other service providers in the area !
