So shocked to see the bad reviews, the tshirt I bought is absolutely unreal, quality is insane and the sizing is nice super different. Nowhere near a crop top what people are saying. only problem is, I need more tshirt and they haven’t stocked up

Stay away from that shop! Customer service is super unfriendly.
I bought shoes, which I send back after one day, now it is third week and I still waiting for the confirmation that they have received my return. I wrote an email with a question, but instead of answering me polite, the lady from the customer service told me that they can’t accept my return, because I didn’t write them earlier a request about the return!
What a nonsense. And they don’t care about they customers, as I told her that I Weill get a lawyer, she answered ‘do as you wish’.
Never again!!!

Ok, so. I feel a bit bad for the company reading these reviews as I ordered 2 T-shirts and both arrived and I receive compliments each time I wear them. BUT, they arrived over double the time they said… they say 2 weeks and I was waiting 5 weeks. Also, the fit is… strange, to say the least. They call it oversized, and although it is “boxy” and could be described as oversized on the shoulders, the length is incredibly short. If it was a few mm shorter it would have to be described as a crop top. I JUST about get away with it if I pull my jeans up high and don’t stretch up. I am average build and 5’10 so usually order in Medium, especially when it’s “oversized”, but if you’re any taller than this I would certainly recommend Large or even bigger. I see them recommending sizes to people on Instagram much smaller than they should…. It’s a shame they delete peoples comments. But nice design and I wear them often, so I think 3 stars is fair.

Absolute scam - stay away from this business. Polite customer service that gets you absolutely no where. Nearly five weeks later - no items. I didn’t even receive an order confirmation. Spend your money elsewhere- waste of time. Had to raise a dispute via my bank.

Avoid at all costs. My son ordered 2 t shirts. They were far too small even though we'd ordered according to their size chart. Reached out to exchange. Apparently items are made to order and non refundable. The size chart is inaccurate! Do not order from this company they are a scam, £76 down the drain.. very disappointed. Lesson learned

I have actually ordered a hoodie from this company before, the first time, I received my item no issues and everything was fine and the material was great, so with that I placed an order for a second hoodie way back in April as a treat for myself, long story short, it never showed up. I contacted the company after 30 days to which they told me they would “check where my order was and get back to me” they never did, so I emailed them again maybe 5 days later and received the same response. I gave it a couple days, with yet again no one getting back to me, so I e-mailed them for a refund as at this point I was so sick of it all. I had been so patient and given them the chance to rectify THEIR mistake and they were too lazy to do anything about it. Funnily enough, they never replied. In the end I ended up disputing the charge to my card with my bank and got a full refund, with the shipping refunded too. Still no word from the company. I think they must have had a change of hand recently because it’s all over their Instagram, people have been commenting on their posts about not receiving their orders and the company is ignoring everyone, and even still actively advertising their products. Overall this company needs to be shut down as they aren’t providing a business as of current. Big big big big big scam. Save yourself the hassle and do NOT order from them.

Ordered two shirts size 2X (their biggest size). They came in cropped and only reached down to my belt line. Nowhere did the description mention a cropped fit. I reached out to them and the best they could do was give me 15% off my next order. No money back. Do not buy from this store.

Very disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order (#322142) that was supposed to include a sweatshirt and sweatpants. I only received the sweatpants.

I immediately reached out to customer service and followed the suggested steps, including checking with neighbors to see if the package was misdelivered. Despite doing everything asked, the sweatshirt is still missing.

It has now been weeks of emailing back and forth with no resolution. At this point, I’ve either requested the sweatshirt be overnight shipped or a refund be issued, but the issue still hasn’t been properly resolved.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but the lack of urgency and follow-through on a paid order has been very frustrating. I hope better support is provided to future customers.

The jumper I was looking at was out of stock so I sent them 2 emails and a message on Instagram over the span of 2 weeks (despite the website saying someone would be in touch within a day) politely asking when it would be back in stock.

I then get a 3 word email back from them saying, “yes we do”. If I can submit photos, I will. No greeting, no thank you for getting in touch, no date that it would be restocked - absolutely zero customer service skills within this company.

This is a blessing because I now know not to spend my money on these people who clearly don’t care about potential customers.

Proceed with caution.

The shirts are marketed as premium and oversized, but what I received was noticeably lower quality and did not match those claims. The fit was significantly off (2–3 inches smaller than advertised), and the material was thin—not the “250 GSM heavyweight cotton” described.

Shipping took nearly three weeks from China, which wasn’t clearly disclosed.

When I contacted the company, they dismissed these issues as “slight variations” and refused to offer a refund.

After the company refused to resolve the issue directly, I disputed the charge with my credit card issuer. Following a review of the evidence submitted by both parties, the dispute was resolved in my favor.

Overall, the products were materially different from what was advertised, and the company did not stand behind them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered some shirts and they never came. Maverick refused a refund saying it was not their responsibility. I am still disputing it with my bank 5 months later with no hope in seeing my money again.

Also claim that there all this American brand and one of my products is coming from china can’t wait to see how shit quality this is

This must be the biggest joke. I ordered 2 weeks ago and was hyped af for my shirt and hoodie. I got the hoodie today, fit and quality is miserable. Whilst they send u an email, that u would make a difference, this is the worst quaility i have ever recevied. It wouldnt even be fair if this piece of trash was 20 bucks. I hope i,ll get back my money.

Ordered 3 Men's Medium Long Sleeves - every single one is a completely, dramatically different fit (some fit like a women's small, some like an oversized medium, some short.... zero consistency). No response from customer service despite sending them a super nice email.

Should've read the comments on their Instagram before ordering.

No exchange or return policy. Bad quality, terrible fit. SCAM

To be honest, I should have done some digging myself before buying anything from maverickclo.com. The no return or exchange policy is a massive red flag, and I should have stopped there. I ended up getting two shirts, the price tag for them is steep, especially once you get your order and realize the quality. We’re not talking shirts used from a reputable shirt company, we’re talking cheap, and the tags that do exist on the shirts say made in China, that’s it. There’s no brand company name of the shirts being used, just made in China. My long sleeve fits like a small and it’s a medium, and my tee fits ok as a medium. But I can’t exchange the long sleeve, and for $64 for it. It’s a rip off. The quality is not there, their marketing is good to push the product out there, their designs are fun. But by no means is the sizing accurate, or the quality to be what you’re expecting with the price point. The quality of materials used are cheap.

Scam company. Cheap quality t shirt- it’s definitely just from Temu. Poor printing and mark down the middle as per all the other reviews for t Shirt purchases. Avoid.

Whilst the quality of products is good the fit is unfortunately terrible. Usually a thicker material would be a positive but as others mention the cuts are extremely boxy and unflattering. If you’re considering ordering definitely down size. The only style I’m happy with is the hoodie but otherwise I would exchange the t-shirts and especially the joggers they advertise all over Instagram. I got my usual size, read the description but when I tried them on they looked entirely different to the website photos. Just way too long and baggy, the heavy GSM doesn’t help and fits quite clownish. I can understand a no return policy but with “made to order” of a basic style and at this price point, an exchange should be possible. I’d happily pay for return postage to get back a size I’d be happy with. Just seems even more wasteful than made to order as now I have to try selling them or donate them. Instead they offer a discount on next order which obviously I won’t be using… basically wishing I looked at reviews before making a purchase 😭

I made an order before reading the reviews, and once I read the reviews I was absolutely terrified as it was a big order.

After this I decided to email the company, highlight my concerns, ask them what their current lead times were and what reassurances they could give me that I would receive my order.. an let me tell you they did not disappoint. Within 24hrs I had received a personalised response, not something generalised and automated. They acknowledged their reviews and why I was concerned and assured me I would receive my order as soon as possible.

Well today I received my order and I am genuinely so happy. It arrived so quickly and I love the items I have purchased!

Whilst I appreciate others have not had the same experience, from my own I would definitely order again.

Please know I was not paid or asked to write this, it is my genuine experience, as I wanted to show that some companies really are worth the benefit of the doubt and learn from previous mistakes and errors.
