We found the chosen courier
We found the chosen courier, DHL, to be frustratingly useless in finding our new-build address despite guidance on directions being provided.
Trying to contact Matstores by phone was nightmarish: could not get through, music was aggressive and no call back.
Product seems ok so far although a little softer than expected.

Cleats too small, mat walks on plush new carpet!
Good quality and fast delivery, thanks. However thought the plastic cleats under mat would be longer to keep the mat from walking on our high plush new carpet!!

The grippers on the underside of the chair mat have been designed to a specific length to keep the mat in place without causing damage to carpets. If they are any longer, over the time there is the risk of damage to both your carpet and potentially your subfloor. Longer grippers also pose a health and safety risk when transporting, unpacking and moving the mat.

Arrived as described but I was surprised it was rolled up but it did, rather violently, spring open when the ties were cut. Be careful this is probably best done by two people

Our smaller mats are shipped flat and anything larger than 90x120 is shipped rolled. All of our rolled mats should be delivered with unrolling instructions, we apologise if you didn't receive this.

For a sheet of plastic.. Carpet protectors are a minefield online. Amazon etc offered nothing but rolled up cheap rubbish.
This website appeared and sorted a decently priced and solid mat. No messing. 55 pound, done.

Quality, hard-wearing
This is the 4th mat I have purchased. The previous 3 were for use on carpets and, after two years, still very sturdy and no issues. Latest mat is for vinyl floor, exactly as, needed. Quick delivery, no curving, lies flat so no trip-hazard.

I needed to replace my old, very cracked, PVC chair mat and found Mat Stores UK online. I specifically wanted a mat for use on very low pile carpet, but without a studded back, and was very happy to find that Mat Stores UK offered a suitable one (Cleartex Unomat Anti-Slip Chair Mat for Hard Floors, Very Low Pile Carpets and Carpet Tiles, Polycarbonate, FR128920ERA, Size: 119 x 89cm).
It was very easy to place the order from MatStores UK, with quick despatch and delivery. DHL Parcel sent notification by text the day of delivery, providing a one-hour delivery window, so I could plan my day accordingly. Product arrived in perfect condition, flat-packed in minimal amount of environmentally friendly cardboard.
Overall a great product and great service from MatStores UK, I would definitely order from them again.
