Masters did a fantastic job of fitting a new heat pump at my house and I am very impressed with how well it is working – and how seamless the transition was from a gas boiler. John was able to answer all my questions promptly, and in detail, ahead of the installation. He dealt with the grant application and has since returned to adjust the system to ensure it is working at optimal efficiency and to set it up wirelessly so he can monitor it remotely. It's a level of customer service that goes above and beyond – highly recommend!

We have used John for many years for all our heating and plumbing needs. We recently renovated an old property that needed all plumbing and boiler work stripped out and replaced. John discussed our needs with us , gave a price and commenced work. The job wasn’t easy as it had to be done in stages- fitting in with all other trades and our needs. John, Michael and others just got on with the job professionally and politely. I trust John implicitly and have no hesitation in giving him the keys if we are not home.

Masters have recently installed a complete heating system for me , repositioning radiators and replacing all pipe work along with fitting an air source heat pump.
Mike , Chris and John are all really nice guys to have working in your home , they will discuss what you want them to do and the result is an efficient , well designed heating system .
If , like me , you’ve heard that heat pumps aren’t any good , well it’s all down to how they are fitted and that’s where John and his team at Masters have the experience and knowledge to do the job properly for you , exactly what you’d expect from a professional company .

Without any hesitation, I can highly recommend Masters (South East) Ltd. An absolute gem of a company. We have been more than happy with the quality, price and expertise on every occasion.
More than once, John has re-organised his day so that he could fit us in last minute and across recent years, he has fitted a new boiler, carried out annual gas safety checks and completely refurbished our bathroom. All work was carried out exactly as planned, on time and to a very high standard. Easy to contact and very responsive to messages, don’t hesitate to give them a call. I wish they covered every trade!

John is an excellent plumber and really friendly and reliable. I've used him and his crew for multiple jobs from regular boiler servicing (for which he reminds me when it's due) to large jobs like boiler replacement and kitchen and bathroom fit outs. He's always helped out promptly in an emergency too. Highly recommended.

These guys are an extremely knowledgeable and professional plumbing company. John has carried out repairs, installed & serviced boilers and also fitted several bathrooms for us. They have always carried out work to a very high standard, arrive when they say they will and clean up after themselves…… what else could you ask for ??!
