Looked at the informative website ordered my product and received it in a couple of days .. great service great products well done.

When everything goes to plan you cannot really see a companies true colours. The best test is when things go wrong: good companies deal with it, bad ones cause more trouble.
In my experiance Mastersofgames are 100% a good company.
It started with me requesting an update when a specific chess set came in stock (championship set).

Within day I had a response saying they will order in.
Within a week it was in stock, I ordered it.
Two days later it was on my doorstep! I was happy to say the least.

Unfortunately when I inspected the pieces, there was a manufacturing fault on the king, so I contacted them.
Within 24 hours they had ordered a new piece from their supplier (no fuss at all). I also requested some care instructions, which were supplied promptly.

A few days later my undamaged piece came in the post.

I will certainly be using this company again!

We bought a fantastic bagatelle board for Christmas and it really is superb, having great fun with it.

Additionally, we found the after-sales support to be absolutely first class, really helpful and kind, and makes the whole experience superb.

I would recommend this company without a moment's hesitation.

Ordered set of Drake Pride bowls for delivery to Spain for a specific date which were shipped as agreed , arrived with courier in Spain in 2 days and we’re scheduled for delivery

For no obvious reason, day before delivery, tracking shows goods returned to sender, no notice from Master

Contacted Master, no explanation offered, would investigate but have now requested refund, agreed but not yet received, adding insult to injury told refund takes 1 - 3 working days

Sorry but the only reason could be paperwork was wrong, paid premium for delivery and duty in advance, very disappointed and unhappy with services especially as they offer same product on Amazon.es for €90 more with 2 day delivery

It's really refreshing to deal with a company that sticks to what it says it's going to do, with zero fuss. This is increasingly rare.

I ordered a crokinole set on a Thursday, it arrived the next day with free delivery. Everything is there as expected and the board looks beautiful. I can't wait to see the look on on Mrs face when she opens it on Christmas!

I ordered a new Croquet set late on Sunday evening. I was amazed to find that the entire set was delivered at 9.00 AM this morning. That is a simply brilliant service. I want to add that we purchased the Uber Championship Croquet Set in a wooden box. The price was £342 complete with its own wooden box. The croquet mallets are constructed from hardwood with a brass support frame. They are superb quality mallets and the same can be said for all of the other components in this set. The price was nothing short of miraculous. This beats the cheapest price I could find anywhere else by over £60 and, to make matters even better, the postage was free. If you are looking to purchase a good quality Croquet set than I can definitely recommend this set and Master of Games. You really don't need to look anywhere else. Well done Masters of Games and many thanks.

Bought the Classic Chess Set with case 3 inch King after being badly let down by Regency Chess cancelling my order.

Never used this company before but from beginning to end was a first class service.

Kept me updated at every stage and when I needed to contact them regarding 2 men with slight imperfections they were easily contacted by phone (unlike Regency Chess who disabled their phone lines and not responding to emails from customers read their reviews!) and sorted out a replacement that same day. This is all near to Christmas and COVID issues. The men were received the very next day!

No photographic evidence needed, no fuss totally professional.

The set itself is excellent very pleased and would not hesitate to use this company again.

I wish all companies treated customers this way. Great communication throughout, very quick delivery through an established delivery company (tracked and also with good comms), and follow up emails to ensure everything was OK. And of course great quality products. Will be using them again.
