Very good charger, very positive experience with communication with company,very comfortable with ease of using the APP

Used for 5 months without an issue.
Easy to use and reliable reasonably priced charger.

Mobile App is not easy to use, and at times have not worked as well as it should. Even when it is set to charge using Solar- it drew power from the Grid.

Had for over 2 years, Never skipped a beat. Very reliable and easy to set up and use. Would definitely recommend.

Great, good experience and no issues at all charging my car

We had a Masterplug Charger fitted two weeks ago for our EV car, the installer recommended it as an easy to use charger without spending too much.
I'm impressed so far the phone app is nice and simple to use, I was dubious about having an application to charge as an older person but it's easy.

This review is almost a year after purchase, so I have lived with it over a range of conditions.
It is not the sleekest of units, but the build quality of the unit and the cable is very good and after the summer where the unit faced a lot of sunshine never had a fault.
The software, whilst functional could be made a lot better but then I dont have a comparison to put it against.

Great product, easy install. Manage charging through the app! Would highly recommend!

I purchased the charger to install myself (yes I'm qualified and registered) which I did the same day. I came to set it up and there was a fault with the supply voltage to my home. one phone call to the help line and they adjusted the settings on the controller so its now been working every night for 6 months

Amazing charger and easy to use just download the app and your good to go
The best bit is just put it on schedule time and it will do the job

It was avasilable at Screwfix for immediate collection when the electrician arrived without one.
He told me it was easy to install as the installation instructions were clear and concise,
As the user it is easy to use, and after six months use I am more than satisfied that I purchased the unit.

No drama. Just works. Installer made no bones about it, stated it came with all necessary PEN protection in the box unlike the Tesla stuff. No issues whatsoever since install and first use in January time.

Easy to use great app. Robust unit and technology

Bought as it has a clean look, no cable dangling, no daft lights flashing. Installer fits these well. Only slight criticism is the unit is black but company fitted a bright grey consumer unit

Straight forward installation and easy to get on line link up with sync energy app. Over 12 months using the masterplug EV charging system with no issues

Works fine (when it works) had a fault on mine listed as (other fault) on the app which isn't very helpful. With 2 EV's it left us with no ability to charge the cars. Contacted Master plug. No reply from them. Followed up with a phonecall 2 weeks later. Was told they had received my query and bumped it up the priority list and to expect a phonecall. Never received a call. This was a month ago

Does the job easy to use in app

The SYNC APP is very poor as is the support if you can ever get in touch with them !!!!! Never answer emails or the phone !!!
