Stuff hasn't shipped, and they're not answering my emails.

Horrible experience. When placing order, they promised delivery in 3-5 business day. Been an entire freaking month and no update on my order. Not even a tracking number for my order. I've been emailing them for a while now but no response. Cannot even cancel the order and get a refund. Just skip this website and save your money folks.

This website is a scam, we tried to buy my brother a birthday present they had a set quantity of 4 rings and we never received the package aswell as it saying it had never been shipped it we where told it would arrive by September 1st although we had brought it in July it has never arrived

This company is a scam! I never received my purchase from two months ago! All you get is an automated response to your inquiries. Do not buy from here!!!

ALERT SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Fake company, I never received my order. The customer service respond to my first email questioning the shipping delays (proper AI answer, I don't believe I was speaking to a real person) then I never heard back from them. I've looked them up online, not only they never send your purchase, they also keep your banking card details and keep taking payments from it.

They shipped me a shoes that not only mislabeled and many sizes too small but was also of garbage quality.

I followed their return instructions and now they wont respond to my emails regarding issuing a refund.

Stay far away. Criminals!

I joined Masion.co’s affiliate program and successfully generated sales for them. However, despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I have not received the affiliate commission as promised. This is disappointing and damages trust in the brand. I hope the company will resolve this issue promptly and pay partners on time as agreed.

Stop this!!! Months ago I reported issues and still wait on bank refund. They are displaying trustpilot stars in a misleading way. At first glance, everything looks good but once you pay... goodbye $$$$$. Please bank, give me my money back. In the meantime i must watch for unauthorized 'club' charges! Masion, why not be fair and up front ?? You could've had lots of business with your IG ads that looked nice but fooled us. I hope my bank will make it right after 2 months. Advice to potential customers is patronize another business that deserves your money for this one doesn't and after scamming your money, will also waste your time

I ordered four items from this company. Three pairs of shoes and one necklace. Two of the shoes were the wrong item and I never even received the necklace. Customer support was absolutely terrible. It took weeks for them to initiate the return. I returned the items and never received a refund. The quality of the the items is terrible as well. Stay clear.

SCAM COMPANY STAY AWAY - THEY ARE FRAUD

Never received item. No communication and so I'm having to wait 30 days according to my bank to retrieve funds. They are happy to spam me with promotional emails though......

SCAM ALERT. Won't answer anything regarding my return. Get an auto-response back that it will be sent "shortly" yet it never comes. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY. They stole hundreds of dollars from me. And, after doing research, seems like they are doing this to hundreds of people. They should be sued.

Couldn't cancel order literally immediately after I placed it yet they didn't ship it out for almost 2 weeks. Tried getting in touch for a return and I have gotten no responses for 2 weeks.

SCAM SCAM Company sending Fraudulant charges. Last year they billed me for "MASIÓN REWARDS CLUB. " which I never ordered/requested nor subscribed to. I was able to get a refund thru PayPal. Now 10 months later they have done it again. I had ordered 2 crappy chains from them about a year ago and I wish I never had. When I ordered the chains they had tacked on the "MASIÓN REWARDS CLUB" at zero charge, then billed me a month later seperately for the "MASIÓN REWARDS CLUB" at a cost of $64.87 which I disputed and was refunded thru PayPal. I am waiting so see if I get a refund from them on this new fraudulent charge. Play it safe and AVOID this company at ALL cost.

Horrible experience. My order #54542 i still have not received it. They claim its delivered no proof of delivery this is a scam way of doing business. Stand behind your orders and delivery companies you are using. I have struggled to connect with them on email. The only way they ask to reach out but no response no updates for weeks now. Big mistake ordering with them. I will fight till the end to get this matter resolved!!!! I have stopped payment with my credit card. So no shady responses will work.

Very poor customer service. I bought shoes and they sent me one size smaller. The quality of the shoe is inferior. I wanted to return them. They put you in a never-ending email requirement. Asking one question at a time so that you would give up. Beware
