I haven’t had to deal with customer…

I haven’t had to deal with customer service but the morning multivitamin plus hair growth and the nighttime plus skin renew has helped my hair growth a ton! Also feel better overall but I wasn’t taking any vitamins before. It is very expensive though.

This is the worst company at charging…

This is the worst company at charging and charging and never stopping! I did not sign up for a subscription, I spent $800 on product and don’t receive. I filed a complaint and spoke to many uneducated humans. It was not worth it! Never ever deal with this incompetent company. They are liars and I wouldn’t use if they paid me.

I was also placed on auto renew even…

I was also placed on auto renew even though I placed a one time order. My order summary also indicates that this is a one time order for $54 and some change. Now I’m getting charged for an and receiving product that I did not want. I’m very disappointed in these deceptive practices. I called the customer service number and a young lady answered with screaming children and a loud TV in the background. She claims that I should receive an email from someone in the next 24 to 48 hours. If I do not receive this email as well as a resolution to this issue, I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB. I am hoping that they are true to their word.

Massively annoyed

Massively annoyed. The company has no contact information and it put me on auto renew. No way to cancel. Im livid. I was finally able to get some help who canceled the auto renew. The person acknowledged that the its difficult to see how to opt out. I am happy it is canceled, however I dislike things that opt you in for auto ship. And the website should offer that as an easy option rather than having to try to find contact info
..which is also.not easy.

I had been a loyal customer of MaryRuth's Until Never In Stock

I had been a loyal customer of MaryRuth's for a couple years. I did the whole sign up on the website, order through TikTok, bought in the store. I signed up on the website for a subscription of Hair Growth Max and evertime it came due I was told it was on backorder. Always on backorder but could get from Amazon, TikTok, store, etc., this is poor practice. Yes I was offered 20% off and low and behold, backorder, not available every time. I was also alarmed to learn of heavy metals, In late 2024, independent testing (Lead Safe Mama) found lead in specific Mary Ruth's products, but also found non-detectable levels in others. In response, the company reported investing in new formulations to meet stricter standards, notes this report. I made sure to constantly check before placing an order to ensure no heavy metals.

My energy level has increased

Works well for me!

To start, I want to say this product has worked extremely well for my hair health. I have been using it for 6 months now and will continue to do so. In terms of the price, I purchase it on Amazon and when it is on sale I buy at MAX, TWO bottles because a 30 oz bottle should last 1 month when taken according to the directions. I keep it refrigerated and have had superb results.
The product works for me and I will recommend it to anyone .

I ordered Mary Ruth’s hair plus vitamin…

I ordered Mary Ruth’s hair plus vitamin three bottles of 30 ounce by two and get one free and I also ordered one bottle of sleeptime minerals of 30 ounce in the package. I only received one bottle of 30 ounce hair+and they charged my credit card over $252 and they’re supposed to be open until 10 PM. It’s 9 PM nobody’s answering the phone. They’re saying they’re closed. It’s a terrible service and their vitamins are not made of gold that they are so expensive. so I would think twice before ordering.

Worth a try

Tastes ok. Expensive. No real change in hair, skin or nails after a month of liquid vitamin. Felt very constipated and finally realized this was the only thing I changed. Going back to my previous supplement.

Edit to add: I reached out to the company after they commented here and they did refund my money even though it was past their usual 30 day window. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Insulting, accusatory response and undisclosed Fireside promo rules

I participated in a MaryRuth’s Fireside chat where two free products were offered. Both my mother and I attended the event live and placed our orders separately, in good faith.

My order was later canceled without any explanation or notification. I reached out multiple times through customer service, social media, and phone and was ignored repeatedly. Some calls disconnected entirely. I only learned the reason after significant effort.

When I finally received a response, the tone was insulting and accusatory. The message implied that I was attempting to misuse the promotion by ordering under different names/emails and explicitly stated that this situation could affect my ability to participate in future promotions. This was especially inappropriate given that this was an honest situation involving two separate people, and the “one per household” restriction was not clearly disclosed during the Fireside chat or at checkout.

I am a longtime MaryRuth customer and VIP member who has spent a significant amount with the brand and has previously had many orders shipped to my home in San Diego without issue. I was visiting my mom for the holidays, which is why both orders were shipped to the same address. None of this context or loyalty was acknowledged.

The lack of disclosure, repeated silence, and insulting, punitive tone completely overshadowed that experience.
As a result, both my mother and I will no longer be purchasing from MaryRuth. This experience left a very poor impression and reflects a serious failure in customer service and professionalism.

MaryRuth Delivers More Than Health and Wellness

One of the pillars of caring for my health is consuming the best supplements available. I went through chemotherapy about 10 years ago and because I guard my kidneys, liquid vitamin vitamins have been my choice. I’ve never found a better quality than MaryRuth. I love the liquid zinc and the day (with hair growth) and evening vitamins (getting my minerals) are the cornerstone of my health regime.
One of the most amazing aspects of this company beyond their products however, is their customer service! Truly it is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Sometimes I have trouble navigating and all I have to do is pop on a chat and they are responsive 24/7. It’s simply incredible in the stay and age where you can reach a live person and you are not stuck in a phone tree for an hour waiting for somebody to answer your call. Their customer service protocols send a message that “we value your time as a patron.” If you haven’t joined the MaryRuth family, take the next step towards health and wellness!

not one vitamin helped in any way

I spent over $4000 on Mary Ruth organics Liquid vitamins. I ordered 7 bottles monthly for a year and I felt no difference, nor did anyone in my family.

I ordered multivitamin for women, multivitamin for children, multivitamin for hair, limphatic support, Iodine, liquid Iron, Asian Ginseng Root, Adrenal focus, probiotics.

I trusted the brand so much, but it is more hype than results. Multivitamins definitely don’t have all vitamins one needs and you need to buy separate vitamins as I used to before trying this brand and I feel energetic immediately. Not one liquid vitamin helped.

Probiotics are too low dose and I buy great brand of other probiotics which works for everyone I know.

I even had expensive gut test done after taking this probiotic and it worsens the gut rather than help. So I went back to my other liquid probiotics, which is more expensive than this but works much better.

Mary Ruth is not a Dr or naturopath or nutritionist. Anyone can start viatmin companies. There are hundreds popping up every year.

I am used to the best vitamins and used to have a bowl full of them daily, so figured will try this brand. But after trying and wasting money and no results, never again.
Don't waste your money.

Excellent product and customer service!

Mary Ruth Organics is the vitamin/supplement our entire family prefers. Our children enjoy the different formats (liquid to chewable), and my husband and I enjoy its potency and efficacy. I personally have sensitivities to a lot of vitamins and Mary Ruth Organics is one of the few I can use.
The customer service is outstanding. If you have any questions or concerns, they are easy to contact and very helpful. We are customers for life and highly recommend!

Liquid Death Nighttime does not work. I bought four bottles and three people have used it. It has been three weeks of using nightly and it has not helped at all.Don't waste your money.

Short Expiry Date Product Poor Inventory Handling

The product itself is excellent, I’ve used it many times with great results. However, the issue lies with the expiry dates. Unfortunately, most of the time they send products with a very short shelf life, leaving only 5–10 days to use them. This makes it impossible to finish the bottle, resulting in wasted money and unused vitamins. It’s disappointing because the product deserves better handling and distribution.

I LOVE Mary Ruth Organics! I use her daily vitamin with lustriva. I've lost tons of hair to the point of my scalp showing. Since starting this daily vitamin I've had several haircuts to blend all the new hair coming in! I have layers and layers coming back in. I also feel so much better. I have more energy, clearer head, shiny hair, to name a few more positives. I cant recommend this product enough.
