Awful products. VERY poor quality. Impossible to return. A total waste of money. Items look good in photos but don't be fooled.

Lack of Customer Service
I received a coat and immediately I wanted a return.
The sizing was totally incorrect and the material was so paper thin it was unreal.
They say 30 day money back return but I have tried everything but still have not received the form to return this item.
Customer service is practically non existent.
Please whatever you do - do not buy from this company.

Do not buy from this company .it comes from Hong Kong .they lie .you do not get what you order.and don't get refund .they ripped me of.80 pound for the leather trench coat thru advertised.only it's nothing like the afternoon it's plastic four sizes to small .no refund

Love the brand and the quality is on another level as well as the customer service everything for Marthaeyewear I Dr Pam fashion lover all the way from Manchester UK I rate this brand 10 over 10 minus nothing I loved all my items I have purchased in this website and the gifts I was given which I didn’t even expect and friends got gifts too and I love this brand looking forward you adding more staff on your site I can recommend this website to anyone am just one happy customer thank you @ Marthaeyewear.

BEWARE OF MARTHA EYEWEAR!! SCAM?
I placed an order for sunglasses during the 2021 Black Friday sales and still haven’t received my order.
I have sent numerous emails and messages to the instagram page but haven’t had a response.
The owner of the brand Pamela Mlunjwana aka Pammacb uses her huge social media platform to garner the trust of her followers to support her brand however Martha Eyewear appears to be a scam! I noticed that many other customers left complaints on the instagram page about not receiving their orders. The comments have now been deleted!
I have bern forced to request a refund via my bank and will not patronise this brand again.
