Great quality products always Definitely recommend.

Got 2 300w led lights from them. They overheat, 1 cable melted, and the customer service is nonexistant, ive sent over 10 emails in a span of few months, no response.

AVOID. THERE ARE BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE.

Great! Before placing an order, I doubted the authenticity of the website. But the real website offers cheap and fast purchasing! Please trust me! This is the official website of Mars Hydro in the UK. I received the box within 2 days after purchasing the TS1000. Smooth!

ordered small tent and 4 inch fan kit all works perfectly and fits in a small room perfect for a vegetable garden in a flat. tent is good quality compared to others on the market and exhaust kit is very powerful and more than enough for a 70cmx70cm tent

Mars took payment for tent £179
(18 available In stock), never sent. Nearly week now, no tent or refund.
After contacting mars hydro they told me tent not available, 2-3 months waiting time or can have refund which will take another 1-3 days.
Been offered compensation of 500 points
($5) to use against another tent which they don't have. Pointless and useless. My anxiety level through roof, argumentive , several hours lost following up and still no money or tent . Do your health and self a favour and avoid , they might as be on mars!

Placed order on December 11th and it never arrived. It was sent by Royal Mail, so I had it redirected using their website to collect from my local Post Office. I got a notification that it was ready to collect - went to the Post Office - nothing there. This has happened before so I contacted Mars Hydro asking them to find out what’s going on.
They claim to have contacted RM, waited a couple of days - still nothing so I contacted Mars Hydro again and they told me to chase Royal Mail myself, which I told them I wasn’t going to do. I have my own things to do and by law it’s the seller’s responsibility to ensure goods are delivered. Until it’s in my hands then it’s 100% the responsibility of the seller.

I told them to cancel the order and asked for a refund and they just replied saying they’d opened a case with Royal Mail and it could take 10 days and told me again to chase it up myself. We are a couple of working days before Christmas so realistically nothing is going to happen until the New Year and I don’t want this dragging on any longer.
I repeated to them that the order was cancelled due to non receipt of goods and I just wanted my money refunded. They’ve ignored me and now I am having to start Charge Back proceedings with my bank to get my money back from them.

I’d ordered from Mars Hydro as I’d heard good reports about their lights. Just shows you should check their seller reviews first - what a reputation. It takes some doing to have more negative than positive reviews.

I have been using all sorts of grow lights to bring on seedlings - I've probably gone through 6 or 7 different brands over the last 10 years but as they break I'm replacing them with MarsHydro because all the different 3000 models I've purchased over the past three years have kept dozens of aubergines and peppers in good health for several months before they have to go out. Customer service was very helpful on the one occasion when I thought there were missing fixings but it turned out to be an update to the design and they were not needed!

I purchased the full 2x4 tent package with all accessories for £449 and only the tsl 2000 light Arrived? Mars hydro this is not acceptable! I have emailed to no avail, I WILL UPDATE THIS ONLY IF RESOLVED. BUYERS BEWARE! Edit: Mars hydro got in contact and are sending the rest of the packages I am waiting to the end of the month as the fan kit is out of stock atm but I’m getting somewhere.

Ordered a grow tent online as website looked very professional and then see their trust pilot review score afterwards so was a bit concerned. I'm very pleased to report Mars Hydro communication was top notch, tent was delivered yesterday, a 3 day turnaround. Product wise the tents brilliant, really good quality, I got it 60 quid cheaper ordering direct from Mars Hydro rather then off Amazon where you will see their products receive very good reviews, just the company not so favourable reviews unfortunately. As mine was a good experience I thought it fair to share. Thanks Mars Hydro, much appreciated.

Still dealing with redeeming my warranty 2 months after making initial contact. Mars has tried everything to dodge honouring its warranty policy.
They've asked me the same question 5 times now involving me paying for new light and are also holding money i sent them for a delivery which never came (£30). They refuse to acknowledge anything I have to say. This is before getting into the fact the light nearly burnt my house down and electrocuted me. Absolutely awful customer service. I can't stress this enough.

Purchased an item around 3 weeks ago and haven't received it or had notification of shipping. Decided to message customer service and got no response.

Complete scam and now I'm forced to go through bank and paypal to get my money back.

EDIT: I did receive my shipment today after no email to confirm it, it just sort of arrived. Still very sketchy as I haven't received any communication from them

I purchased a tsw2000 as a budget way of getting into high quality LEDs. I was very satisfied with the quality of the light as well as the functionality of the board. Around 1.5 years after purchase one of the drivers failed. For a low fee Mars hydro sent me a replacement driver for £15 (a whole lot better than having to buy a new light !) And it arrived in the less than a week. Installation is easy if you have any knowledge of electronics and after it worked a treat.

The company can be hard to communicate with at times as they are based in China but just be persistent and polite and they are bound to help.

I bought a Marshydro complet grow setup directly from Marshydro less than a month ago. Unfortunately there are lot of light leaks once I setup the tent and the duct fan control panel is absolutely rubbish! Every night the control panel goes mad!! ( the alarm goes off continuously for no reason and it continuously change C° into F° big time. Its a factory fault but no help form Marshydro at all! I've been sending so many emails but no answer from Marshydro at all. There after service is absolutely horrendous! Tried to login to my account but Marshydro website won't let me to login as well. My grow tent is coverd with DUCT tape. What's the point spending so much money if it don't work and no after service?
DO NOT BUY any Marshydro products guys. They Do NOT have after sales service team.

Im not sure why this company has had such bad reviews?
I ordered a kit last Tuesday and it arrived today 4 days later. The quality seems great, the tent seems very robust. The lights are very bright. I guess time will tell.
Communication with mars hydro was quick and helpful considering they are in china.
I would recomend this company.

Rip Off total scam.
Do not even think about this company.
They have taken payment; failed to deliver; have no record of payment; no customer service.
Only buy from them if you have money to burn.

Misleading advertising on website, inaccurate stocklists, slow and unhelpful customer service
