Really happy with the goods I ordered . Jackets & jeans good quality, accurate sizing & prompt delivery.

I was a loyal customer and had several items from this brand in my wardrobe
In September, I bought on sale (but still not cheap) a short-sleeve shirt. I tried it on once, removed the tags, and placed it in my wardrobe, intending to wear it on a future trip. Yesterday, while packing for my holiday, I was shocked to discover noticeable marks resembling acid damage on the sleeve . They were not mentioned in the product description. Missed them when quickly tried it on after purchase.
Of cause now they do not take any responsibility.
This is not client oriented company. I would not recommend them anymore. There are other similar brands with better quality and customer friendly.

Absolutely shocking experience and will never shop with these again.
Firstly I ordered 2x pair of cargo shorts for £45.00 each.
The navy pair that I received had what looked like a small rip on the front of the leg that had been restitched and was very noticeable and the black pairs badge was badly stitched on with corners hanging off. Customer service were OK and sent me a prepaid returns label.
When I received the exchanges the black pair seemed fine but the navy pair were the wrong size, so again I needed a prepaid label to get this sorted.
Finally I had 2 pairs of shorts that seemed fine and correct size, I went to put on the black pair this morning before going to the airport and the button just ripped through the material.
For the price you would think these are well made shorts but clearly not, very cheap and low standards, only positive was the customer service but I'm fed up of having to contact them and return things. Will not be returning and won't be advising this company to anyone.

Bought several t-shirts and they were all massively oversized. Bit disappointed in this, as i have previously bought t-shirts which i loved and lasted well.
The only plus on this was the customer service which was excellent. Steph from customer service could not have been anymore helpful and helped resolve my issue efficiently on 2 separate occasions.
However, this has unfortunately put me off buying again due to the sizing issue.

Ordered an overshirt it arrived two days later on free delivery. Great service and really happy with the product.

Ordered a pair of shorts for my son but unfortunately the pocket zip broke on first wear.
They responded really quickly to my email and sent a prepaid returns label.
I emailed again as we are going on holiday and wanted the replacement in time. They advised me to email proof of posting the return and they would dispatch the replacement straight away and I have received the replacement pair the next working day!
Excellent communication and a speedy, no fuss resolution to my issue. Very impressed.

Purchased a pair of cargo shorts not overly expensive £55 , dark navy within 3 weeks the stupidly painted navy press studs are peeling to reveal a gold press stud on the back pocket, and two of the side pockets, so clearly badly made, can't get a refund as they have been worn but certainly won't be buying anymore of this brand , I will stick to napajiri.

Bought 2x pairs of cargo shorts. Shipped fast and arrived in perfect condition. Fit is fantastic. Will be buying again in the future.

Disappointed, when there is no size guide on the website it says a lot, this was answered when I ordered what I thought would be my size gilet but it was huge, sizing is all over the place, no free returns, again this raises a few questions. The look was ok but material very cheap and sent this item back 2 weeks ago and still awaiting my refund, small business and clueless which is why they will stay small.

A product I ordered in the clearance was unfortunately out of stock. Steph contacted me and within less than 24hours she swapped the item to a similar product of my choosing and ensured me the order will arrive this working week! Asset to the Customer Service team. Thanks again Steph :)

The used be great quality but again purchased all clothing had loose threads at some point and the rubberised logos or writing fall of after 1 wash so the garment is ruined won't be buying again

The goods arrived on time but were far larger than stated. They're link to the returns policy is broken and they will not answer emails etc.

Very poor quality sweatshirt brand over substance luckily I bought it in a sale half price think if I payed the full price it would of been returned

Bought the reflective ripstop bubble coat off their website and was immediately impressed with how warm it was and it perfectly served me through the cold bite we had. I was aware that it wasn't a waterproof coat but somewhat did a good job in light to medium showers.

However, after only 2 months of buying the jacket I noticed that some of the black coating along the hood was wearing off where my face would rub against the material.

Now for a coat that had an RRP of £185 this wasn't something I would have expected. Very quickly it looked like I had owned the coat for 2 years and not 2 months. Luckily my aunt who is a tailor was able to sew me a protective binding from old cloth to prevent any further wear on that particular part of the coat. I have bought a cotton polyamide jacket from Marshall Artist since then and think going forward I'll be ordering jackets and hoodies only as opposed to big coats.

Some may wonder why I didn't contact their customer services to try and resolve this but from reading previous reviews of people not getting responses and being ignored, it wasn't something I could be bothered with. All in all I would say the coat was solid enough for a first ever purchase but think going forward I'll stick to a more established brand like The North Face or Berghaus.

Sale process went quickly and was told when the item was dispatched.
unfortunately the goods came wrong size.

within 24 hrs they had replied, apologised and dispatched the correct size. I got them the day after, from ordering the turnaround was approx. 5 days.
The garment is comfortable and very accommodating of my large frame. They appear well cut with no loose ends or misaligned stitching.

£90 for an over jacket that arrives damaged with a button missing

Great prices for great clothing. Sizes were a bit smaller than expected, but still fits fine.

My son really likes this brand. The clothes are really well made & great quality. Great fit & wash really well.
Lots of items to choose from on the site. Orders always arrive in great time & on the 1 occasion i spoke with a member of staff in the warehouse they were really polite & courteous.

Recently ordered a hoodie from here the quality is excellent. It doesn’t collect lint and doesn’t bobble, washes well too. Honestly surprised with the bad reviews as this is my second item from them and I’ve been happy both times. The first is a jumper I bought months ago and it still looks like new after quite a few wears and washes! Delivery is either free over a certain amount or cheap on orders under that (£2.50) I think this is really reasonable to be honest.

I brought jackett top quiltey then I brought a t shirts top quiltey but then I brought the tracksuits not good quiltey atall it shrunk one wash it faded it went bubbley so the tracksuit are not decent atall if gonna buy this brand go for the shell jackets there the best DO NOT BUY THE TRACKSUITS
