I bought this fitness tracker because it was sleek and looked more like a bracelet. I do love the look of it. But it has been seven minutes behind ever since I’ve bought it. It constantly shows my blood pressure at 63/112 which is totally wrong because I have high blood pressure. When I get out of bed, it says that my heart rate is 112 beats a minute, but when I finish walking 3 miles my heart rate is only like 74 bpm. I have not been able to sync this with my phone. I had a Google pixel eight and then switched to an iPhone 17 and it would not sync with either one of these phones. This was the biggest waste of a fitness tracker I’ve ever spent money on.

My husband bought me a fitness tracker for my birthday and the package that was delivered contained a page of Disney princess stickers. Still trying to resolve this issue with Maronty support with no luck. Unfortunately I believe this company is a scam or at best utilizes poor/cheap shipping methods that do not protect the product.

Do not buy from this company. They falsely state the fitness tracker has fall detection, it doesn't. This was one of the main reasons I bought it. Also, the heart rate reading was off by as few as 5 points and as many as 50. There was no consistency in the tracking. When I tried to return the tracker, per their policy, they wouldn't do it. First they offered me a 10% refund and I could keep the tracker, then a 15% refund and keeping the tracker. When I refused both I was informed it would cost me over $30 to return it, it had to be sent to China and if it didn't make it through customs I would not be refund anything.
The basically lied in the advertisement for the product and they don't follow their own return policy. The return policy states full refund, less 15%, for defective products with a refund in about 7 days. They told me it would be a month or more.
Again, don't buy from this company. They use false advertising.

I ordered a smart band, based on a search for the best fitness tracker. When I received it I set it up with the directions given. I bought it primarily for measuring my heart rate. The heart rate monitor was way off. My resting heart rate read 95 according to the smart band. I measured it by hand myself and it was 68. The other things the smart band is measuring was off too, steps and sleep. I started the return process, which is lengthy. I have to pay the postage back to China. I have to pay a 15% restocking fee.
